Who agrees goal songs NEED to be in this game? I mean everything sounds so bad without it...

What EA needs to do is put in custom sounds options via USB like MLB The Show's Sounds of the Show feature. I've got all of the teams playing legit sounds like the Yankees' strikeout PC Richards whistle and the home run music and horn from Toronto.

Josh Peterson ya idk what that guy is saying but based on what I know, contracts have ran out this year with most of the artists of the team’s goal songs and chose not to renew it. I kinda believe this is true but I’m still not 100% tbh. I’m not buying this year or at least until they install them back. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
EA Producers have confirmed that most goal songs have been removed, due to licensing issues.

They spend so much time on presentation and mascots and authentic stadiums but without the real goal songs might as well not waste time with authenticity

I bought the game and was very upset the Blue Jackets goal song was not in. Doesn’t feel authentic and really took my desire to play away..

They had quite a bit of them in NHL 18
They got rid of the goal songs for Arizona, Columbus, L.A, Toronto, Vancouver, Pittsburgh, Anaheim, Calgary, and Chicago.
They should be making this accurate.
NYI as well. They kept the Yes chant but the song before is inaccurate.
And Minnesota, who reverted back to crowd chant as well (same as the isles)
they had all the goal horns figured out in nhl 16

It’s funny, when the Wild switched to Prince, NHL uses Crowd Chant but when the Wild switch back to Crowd Chant, NHL doesn’t have the song anymore 😂

I'm happy I didn't end up buying this game, still playing 18 instead.
You I got NHL 19 because it also has Canada's new alternate black uniform and a bunch of the alternates for teams of the NHL so I would buy it and also new skating techniques!
@@jefferox5081 new skating technique and current rosters and new jerseys are only things that are better in nhl 19 than in earliers but everything else is so much worse

They never even changed the blue jackets goal song and I hate what NHL 19 did to it, oh yeah they made it what it isn't even is! We all know the jackets use the whip as their goal song.
cripes, they didn't even bother updating the goal lights and center ice logo for Little Caesars Arena either. did they do anything but change some of the players and pull out most of the music?
For everyone commenting on the goal songs and horns, SHUT UP! That is not why EA made the NHL games. They made it to play not to listen to goal horns! They buy the goal horns that you guys BEGGED them for, not only is that not anywhere close to the point of the game, it’s expensive!
As teams have changed their goal songs, EA needs to get the rights to those songs to legally add them to the game.

What even. Half the damn songs from NHL 18 are gone. Zero point of having an "accurate" horn if the song is not even right. Don't give me that nonsense that its licensing issues b/c there is songs from NHL 17 still in the game. I think EA needs to readd the songs back in and get better remixes for the songs they don't have.

I really wish they would get the chant preds fan do (as well as the correct goal song) in the game. Instead of saying the goalies name the crowd could just say goalie. That would be an incredible touch and something that wouldnt be too hard to do for any fanbases that have a chant after a goal is scored
The Red Wings goal horn sounds better in a video game than it does in real life. I still can't believe that garbage is the best they can manage.

The song is a part of the experience. If you don't have the song, you might as well have a generic horn as well. Authenticity is vital.
