I have followed his career since 2007. I can't believe he is gone. When I heard the news I was paralyzed and felt as if a bucket of cold water had fallen on me. 37 is not an age to die. He was too young and talented to leave so soon. I am left with a feeling of sadness and melancholy. Gaspard, you will be remembered forever.

I remember watching Gaspard Ulliel in Hannibal Rising back when I was like 11 or 12 years old. I fell in love with his acting and eventually watched more of his movies. I was sitting in the library doing homework when I took a break and saw this headline on a google page and I teared up. It was like a sense of nostalgia came over me and an old beloved actor of mine had gone so soon. He had so much potential and he seemed like a genuinely nice person in interviews. Heck, I learned French in high school because of this actor so I could go along with the movies... Gaspard, you'll be missed. Im sure there are more people than me that loved you in America. May you rest in peace.

Quelle bel hommage effectivement... je ne me remets toujours pas de sa disparition... quelle tragédie... ca aurait pu être en moto , dans la rue mais non en ski..... un sport qu il adorait et qu il maîtrisait.. c est totalement injuste et irréel. Ta beauté parfaite, mais pas que... ta gentillesse, ton élégance, cette douceur, ce sourire magnifique, ton regard , ta voix et ton talent , vont terriblement nous manquer... tu étais déjà arrivé bien haut dans le cinéma français et ce n etait pas fini...tu parlais avec tellement de passion de ton métier . tu resteras à jamais dans nos mémoires, dans nos cœurs, tes films resteront des incontournables du cinéma français. Charlie Chaplin once said “The basic essential of a great actor is that he loves himself in acting.” To me with every role Gaspard has portrayed in, he exhumed that very much. I loved and appreciated that about him. Because he showed the world that about himself. To describe him I don't think there are any words for how amazing he was as an actor and model. I desperately will miss him for sure. This video is beautiful and truly captivates what he brought in the hearts of many of his fans. Thank you Gaspard.

I have been viewing and feeling a deep appreciation for Gaspard and his films for so much of my life. It is quite rare to shed tears for one not personally known. Gaspard however, managed to captivate so many hearts and minds. May his soul rest in perfect peace. 🤍

Quel magnifique hommage et quelle immense tristesse.
Je n’arrive toujours pas à réaliser que cette phrase « ...que je ne reviendrai pas, de manière définitive » soit devenue réalité. Mon cœur saigne depuis l’annonce de ta disparition.
Je t’ai vu la première fois dans « Embrassez qui vous voudrez », tu crevais déjà l’écran avec ton visage d’ange, ta voix si douce et ta cicatrice qui te donnait un air canaille.
Au fil des années, tu es resté une personne profondément gentille, douce, vraie, bienveillante, magnétique avec cette beauté singulière.
Tu disais dans une interview que le plus beau compliment qu’on puisse te faire c’est « Tu m’as manqué » et bien tu me manqueras toujours Gaspard Ulliel.
Repose en paix et veille bien sur ton magnifique petit garçon Orso, orphelin d'un papa si aimant, ainsi que sur toute ta famille et amis qui ont perdu un fils, un compagnon et un « frère » exceptionnel.💔😢🕯

What a loss. Terrible. So sad. But you know what? We had him. He existed. He was a wonderful actor that created meaningful, deeply felt characters. Now he's with all the greats we miss, the dearly departed, having a blast up in the sky.
I never heard of him until his tragic death. But, my God, I have been captured by this young man's beauty both inside and out. Life is unfair, with it's sadness and joy. We were fortunate to have him, like others, for the time we did, and we must be thankful for that. May he rest in peace, happiness and love.

It’s a great loss. Gaspard was such an interesting face and had a mesmerizing vocal and acting quality. I am so sickened by all of these actors dying in ski accidents or weird ways like cars rolling on them or drug drama. It’s very odd they would be so dedicated yet not take care to avoid such hazards.

On ne peut pas faire plus bel hommage que celui - çi . Tout y est .Non seulement son visage , à la fois séducteur et fragile , des rôles qui étaient pour lui autant de nouveaux champs à explorer . Et une profondeur d'esprit , qui se déployait au fil de sa carrière .Le montage (habillage musical , insertion des textes ) est très abouti jusqu'au final , plus que prémonitoire . Bravo ! Comme le Destin est parfois bien étrange et cruel !
