This book is written by a renowned csp belong to Foreign Service of Pakistan ......First time I saw that book in Jhang Chiniot Saqafti Bhethk arranged by in service and retired csps of district Jhang and Chiniot ,held if right to guess on 25th October ,2018 at historic Gvt College Jhang.....in the ceremony it's author talk about the current national issues and a little bit to book and he gifted that book to Gvt College's Jhang liberary ...... Along principal Gvt Islamia college Chiniot Mhr Shahbaz Hussain Haral and many other legendary figures belong to civil service of Pakistan and education department I was also invited along many other topper students of Fsd board and at district level belong to Jhang and Chiniot......
According to this book one thing is clear that if you want to diminish the enmity between two states than it is not possible with the help of non state entities. Only state entities can play a role. Moreover, identity and community differences are not easy to resolve because this dispute is not just in state level even on community level there is sheer level of despised which exist between the community of both countries. As Madiha Afzal quoted in her book Pakistan underseige that 70 percent people in Pakistan considered India as threat and their views towards India are not favourable. Similar is the case in india. Considering these points I'll say the deadlock is prevailed Between both two countries. But there is a suggestion for Pakistan that state must pursue the low risk foreign policy as strategic overstretch only lead the state towards collapse.
