Hedi Kyle's Fishbone Fold with Pockets

I made this video to suggest a way of adding pockets to this very cool structure which was designed my Hedi Kyle. The paper that makes the pockets starts out a bit too large for the camera, so I started out showing the basic structure and then introduced the pocketed version, and how to make it towards the end of the video.

Where do you get the large paper?
