Hello Hitesh, TE or unemployment office helps in this case and guide or arrange sone training of English slongcwith Finnish. It is harder but not impossible to get a part time job for those who do not know either Finnish or English. All depends on how fast she learns the language

Yes it is increased to 30 hours per week
It increased to 30 hr per week but in vacation we can't work unlimited hours. Yearly average should be 30 hr / week.
