Would seem the 11% assist cut out and battery indicator that wasn’t faithful are tied at the hip. I really like the ergonomics and construction of this bike. A seat post suspension may get a bit of better stroke for a 34” inseam as long as the handlebars can be raised. I would recommend that beep be used as an indicator that it was about to auto shift. This bike is at the top of the list if these technical items were addressed. Great review as always John. 30:33
Great idea to have a beep as an autoshift alert! We'll see if some firmware updates can fix things in the future. Check the written review for updates down the road. Thanks for the kudos!
I was just looking at this bike. There was no place local to me (2 hours away) to ride it. I bought a RadRunner 2 last weekend, before the video was out.
The battery is removable, and will recharge in about 6.5 hours. The Sol X does not have theft protection features, but someone unfamiliar with the control panel will likely be slowed down. Hope that helps!
We get this question a lot actually! We're usually getting photos and footage for a couple of bikes at the same time which means our camera man (who likes riding low) was riding it prior to one of us hoping on it and we often forget to raise it up before we get the shot. Good time for a PSA: get proper leg extension to keep comfortable when riding, folks!

Cool bike ~ Wife would LOVE it
What color do you think she'd go for?
Great frame design
It really is!

I see no info on the battery itself. Does it remove for easier charging? How long does a full charge take? Is there theft protection? ....

You bet!
Why do you never set your seat at a proper height?

E bike designers, never consider the posibility of the rider falling. The front light and display Will get destroyer at the first fall.
No complexity please, not necessary
Which part specifically are you referring to?
