hi julia, normally kase pag nagluluto ako etong saktong recipe lang tlga kaya di ko masabi ung cooking time pg double recipe, though observe mo ung bottom ng pan ko nung luto na, dapat ganun ung consistency nung yema mo it should be okay
pwede naman hindi balutin if you want to eat right away, pero ung solid outer i think maaachieve kapag binalot mo and leave for a couple days room temperature
