That was absolutely fantastic work, I have to admit painting the inside of the turret when it was closed up look very difficult, again great work mate.
Arber are a company that produces etch detail sets. They're packed with stuff and can be very fiddly, but a great for adding missing detail. Eduard are similar and a little cheaper. Aber are available from Historex if you're in the UK.

What did you use for the wiring?
Plastic rod. Fuse wire and lead fishing wire. But the main wires along the sides were rod
did you apply gloss varnish before applying the oils
No mate. Just as you see in the video. A varnish would make it flow around detail as a wash. This is just to add tones.
On the interior additions, you mention an "arbor" set and an "eddard." Can you describe these a little bit more?
