Now when we search our main keyword in maps, search or anything it only shows just one of our competitors. It does not show the rest of us at all just sole focus on the one business. Any advise would be greatly appreciated

Your listing gets filtered out when too many businesses doing the same activity are located very close to each other. It's not related to whether or not you're hiding your address

9 years ago, I made a business profile that easily et verified. I don't even send verification request. Now it is getting more complicated. :(

Changing a logo doesn't affect a listing at all.
When I check the verification status it now says “verified ✅” as of today but my business doesn’t show on Google or Google maps
How long ago did you create your listing? What are you searching for to make it show up?

How long ago was it reinstated? It can take a bit of time before everything is back to normal

Sounds like your listing has been suspended. You should have received an email from google
My google business profile is verified but still not visible to customers and still showing processing under review
