I'm a little confused about your specific situation. Do you own those clinics? If you do, they you would have a GMB strategy for each location. It may be the same for each location, however, you will need to implement it for each GMB profile

I have a small Pressure Washing business in Cibolo, TX. It's just on the outside of SAN Antonio, TX. I wanted to get more exposure thinking people search for my services in that area. San Antonio is much larger than Cibolo. I don't have a permanent address since I'm a mobile service. Should I change the address to a San Antonio zip code to get more exposure? Will my current reviews follow with that? Hope this makes sense. I work in San Antonio as well but live in Cibolo.
Hi Paul, you can certainly add more zip codes to your service area. I would double check that in the back end of your GMB. You reviews will stay, unless you create a new GMB Listing. Regarding expanding your teach, you need to do more to tell Google where you do business. It's going to be a holistic approach. Some of this will sound like gibberish, so either Google it, or take my course ;) (www.blakestockton.com/sales-page): geotag photos, add 2-3 cities to your GMB description, add a city to a Google Post, add a city name to your Google photo/video descriptions, get customers to include their city in their reviews, add a question/answer regarding cities. Additionally, you will want to do more than just GMB: add a webpage on your website for each city you do mobile detailing.

Since I am trying to make the site Phone friendly I am really concerned about too much content. What I am doing is deleting and replacing those pictures every week or so. I am thinking that it might be better to even use them as a Post, then Google will pull them down automatically, keeping content fresh.
@@CaptAmerica12 I would say yes to re-using the photos as Posts, including text for more context is a great idea. Regarding the Photo upload, you want to add as many photos as possible. Google My Business's Photo algorithm will show your best photos at the top based off what people click on the most. Right now, when I go to your Photos idk if you only made 5 car sales or 500. Because you're only showing a few happy customers. Adding photos of all your happy customers will blow away potential customers with your success, and they will think, "I want to do business with him!"
@@BlakeStockton here's a question that you didn't really cover. We do not have a fixed address, rather an area we work in. Because of that we cannot get a link from WhiteSpark. Not a big deal, but wondering, are we better off sticking to one area, posting our address or keeping it more general, over the area we work in. You can have a look at our listing to see what I mean, thanks.
Hey Chromer (which is a cool name btw), in regards to the Review Link, check out the directions under the numbered directions in White Spark: whitespark.ca/google-review-link-generator/ There is a work around for service areas. FYI, the Google link shortener is shut down. You can use bitly.com instead. In regards to the biz address showing or being hidden. It is better to show the address. By better, I mean that it is easier to rank in the Google Local 3 Pack with an address than without an address. Hope that helps :)

Great instructions and very helpful. Question: When I post a video on my Google Business page, it says the file is too large. Even if the video is 45 seconds. I have one just a little over 1 minute that would be nice to post--even when I tried downsizing/compressing--still didn't work. On your video you showed as an example, one that was at least 1 min. 30 seconds. Didn't look like you were hesitant about it being too large. Help Please. Thank you!
Hi Nancy, the rules or "guidelines" for GMB videos have changed a bit. Currently, Google is recommending up to 30 seconds long and up to 75MB. I think I got mine in there before they tightened up the guidelines. See the bottom: support.google.com/business/answer/6103862

Google is not approving the phone number for Cove Roofing Group GMB. We have submitted multiple emails asking them to approve it, but they keep saying that they are looking into it. Do you have any idea what could be the possible reason for this?

Hi NicAmazing, you'll have to lot into your back end of Google My Business. You should see "Products" and "Services" on the left side. "Products" just came out of beta so it should be available for everyone!

Hi Leontine, glad you enjoyed the video! The messaging feature is built into the Google My Business listing that the public sees. If you can't find it on your desktop, it's because it's now only on mobile. Additionally, you now have to activate messaging and edit your welcome message through the GMB App. This is a new update that I'm adding right now to my 2020 Google My Business Domination online course update ;)

However, from a persuasive perspective, don't people always enjoy talking in their native language? This is an extra step, but might yield better results. Hi Genis, glad you enjoyed the vid! Regarding your question, you most definitely need two listings (if possible)! Each business will have a different GMB "category". It will be almost impossible for a "real estate company" category to ever rank in the 3 pack for "digital marketing" searches. The reason I said "if possible" is because to have two GMB listings you need to have two addresses. If you only have one location, one of the businesses could operate out of your home. You don't need to make your home address as a public business address, however, I recommend it because it's been shown to rank a business higher than businesses without an address. Good luck!

Google is not approving the phone number for Cove Roofing Group GMB. We have submitted multiple emails asking them to approve it, but they keep saying that they are looking into it. Do you have any idea what could be the possible reason for this?

Hi NicAmazing, you'll have to lot into your back end of Google My Business. You should see "Products" and "Services" on the left side. "Products" just came out of beta so it should be available for everyone!

Hi Leontine, glad you enjoyed the video! The messaging feature is built into the Google My Business listing that the public sees. If you can't find it on your desktop, it's because it's now only on mobile. Additionally, you now have to activate messaging and edit your welcome message through the GMB App. This is a new update that I'm adding right now to my 2020 Google My Business Domination online course update ;)

However, from a persuasive perspective, don't people always enjoy talking in their native language? This is an extra step, but might yield better results. I think a Google translate may be helpful to get the initial reply.

Hi Genis, glad you enjoyed the vid! Regarding your question, you most definitely need two listings (if possible)! Each business will have a different GMB "category". It will be almost impossible for a "real estate company" category to ever rank in the 3 pack for "digital marketing" searches.
The reason I said "if possible" is because to have two GMB listings you need to have two addresses. If you only have one location, one of the businesses could operate out of your home. You don't need to make your home address as a public business address, however, I recommend it because it's been shown to rank a business higher than businesses without an address. Good luck!

Glad you enjoyed it, my friend. Regarding the “get a quote” button. Read a forum about it. Looks like you may be able to trigger it by create the free GMB website and setting the “get a quote” as your main call to action.
