I had an umbilical cord tied so tight around the waist the snake came out a little warped, not permanently, from it. I felt like a surgeon. Had gloves on with my dental floss and scissors and my wife shining the light over my head. Tied off two ends so neither bled and cut on the middle. Poor thing was already the runt and then didn't get the nutrients from the yolk so it was tiny. Surprisingly it was the first one to eat. Sold her off a long time ago, I'd like to know how she's doing.

Screw people who don’t like differences in word pronunciation.

However, when looking more closely it seems that you actually cause fewer ruptures of veins with much less visible blood and you don’t seem to break the membrane (guessing that the little pinch sort separates the membrane from the egg itself?) than if you were to use a razor. I may well be absolutely wrong on this but this seems like it would likely be less traumatic for each baby than using a razor, although I really have no strong feelings on either method. It seems like a case of different strokes for different folks and I suppose as long as people are being responsible with their breeding and overall management of all the animals then that should be the main take home message ehy. Would love to hear some of your thoughts comparing different methods of all sorts of elements of your work.
Some people pronounce axanthic as "azanthic" others "exanthic" end of the day however you say it is right. I have a theory that twisted cords are exclusive to egg cutting. It’s a problem that seems to be primarily in the egg cutting community. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen anybody that doesn’t cut eggs lose one to a twisted cord. Cutting the roofs completely off like that gives them way more wiggle room to tangle themselves up. What are your thoughts? I’ll bet this happened after you cut it and not before. It wasn’t like that the day you cut it correct? Or else you would have fixed it then? This happened post cutting?
