The reason we drive every boat is because there are many things that need to be checked in the water. Such as correct prop, motor height, jack plate height, live well operation, live well fittings for leaks, sync compass on trolling motor, sync true north on trolling motor, bleed shallow water anchors, check fish finders for correct operation, live imaging. Good dealers (for all boat brands) will take the time to water test every boat to make sure it is as trouble free as possible. We also do the initial break in for every motor before we go to the water.
