Great tips there, keep up the good work :D I like the simplicity and how you approach in narration as well as showing and demonstrating it :D One suggestion regarding attaching the rotor part: When you attached that rotor part to the rotor and you were tossed away by the vessel it is because the rotor attaches a part to certain angle. So, what I mean by that is, the rotor head have a little notch or marker on the shaft that indicates the 0 degree, so, if the rotor is set to 0 degree and you turn that notch 180 degree and position yourself for attachment, soon as you press the attach button, the rotor will automatically rotate the part at position 0 degree. So be aware to not blows the ship up if you, attaching in gravity or if it is something vital nearby. So, make sure that notch is in correct angle before attaching it, also make sure the rotor is correct angle as well. It doesn't matter if the rotor is locked, it will rotate the rotor part to that point.
perfect tutorial for beguiners. calm and slow explanation. anyway the title said pvp tips. i was waiting til the ends and i get a little upset but pleased at same time. for the lack of pvp tips and the refresh of forgotten functions of the game. thanx for everything but i barely c 1 and a half tips for pvp my friend. sry to be too direct.

Nice tips! :) Manual thrust over-ride for rocketing to space is the only way to go IMHO! #7 Building on a landing gear is nice in the field, but at home base, you can easily flip a small grid connector onto a large grid one, and build right off that - recharge the batteries while building, fuel your tanks as soon as you're ready... Even if the ship won't have a connector long term, you can cut it off once charged up - it's like a landing gear, plus power and conveyor plumbing..
@@mynameisjeff-spaceposting1417 No worries, I saw it in another youtube vid and pinched the idea!! :D You just balance it on a small grid block for half a second, like the start of this vid... th-cam.com/video/NtkUh8tUYbY/w-d-xo.html
T11: attaching a large rotor part to the large grid and add that to a small grid rotor is more efficient in terms of weight and resources required. Only issue is that the small rotor cannot add a large rotor head so you have to move them together.
@@mynameisjeff-spaceposting1417 that doesn't sit right with me :/ I like the building but I think Kerbal space program spoiled me on the realistic physics

Awesome montage at 15 mins and then our lord and savior Klang makes an appearance!
He is a huge fan of rotors.
Excellent teaching and explanation sir!
Thanks for watching!
You can also connect a big rotor head with a little rotor by docking
It is much more efficient
Agreed it's just difficult to do sometimes. Thanks for watching

Didn't know that. Nice tip
Nice tips, i didn't know i could use X to jump with my rover
Nice editing and narration, thanks :)
You can actually see the artificial horizon with a little plus as a prograde marker to the right of your hotbar
No not really that's for aligning with gravity
thanks for the advice, great use for my current playthrough
P is BAD! :) if you do that on your base while using a connector. and I know you were talking about a moving rover! :)
100% best to drag the Cockpit/Handbrake into your vehicle toolbar

thanks, good video.
Do you have a video for that simple mining ship? 👍
That will probably be my next project!
Still not sure why anyone ever does small grid anything.
When you shot into space you didn't account for an orbit at all. The physics or real life would bring you right back down
Right but in Space Engineers there are no orbital mechanics. Once you clear gravity, you're free. Thanks for watching
