Thank you so much!!!! I bought a neck that was damaged during shipping with a tiny dent like this one. Now I feel confident in repairing it myself

Perfect!! I have some finger groove wear on a banjo fingerboard that I'm having trouble figuring out whether to use this method or super glue and sawdust. The latter method comes out darker than the native wood. Have you ever used super glue and sawdust to do this?

Thanks, man! I bet you can understand that I wish I was equipped with at least a 2-1/2 D CNC router or better, but it's amazing what we can accomplish when we improvise. Fixturing is all-important.

Great show. Thumbs up. I was wondering? Would epoxy and dust powder mixed work the same way on a guitar fret board?
    Thanks

I have an Epiphone that had a stress crack [so to speak]. I drilled two holes in through the fretboard, countersunk, ran two small wood screws in..I have a piece of rosewood, maybe cut two small plugs to top it off? Use shavings mixed with Titebond? Open to suggestions here..Thanks

+Ray P B Thank you! As I look back on the procedure I used, I get ideas on taking out some of the need for finesse and ensuring a quality result. But this technique does provide the basis. :-)

Looking sucks. You may need replacing wood block from fret to fret with line under string G
