And I genuinely have to restrain myself from going every week. Because I Even told the employee/owner a few times now how happy the store makes me. They might think I'm an overly friendly shoplifter. I'm very tactile, and I found a goats hair bamboo wide brush that I nearly bought just because it was so incredibly soft.
Joy ce I discovered one right in my area as well, and I've been going weekly.I used to go to hobby lobby and Michaels, but not anymore. this store had high quality stuff 😍 I've bought many brushes that I really needed, and many canvases whenever they are on sale.
Abrar where I'm from (the Netherlands) we don't have big chains like Michaels or Blick. Which I always found annoying. We primarily have independent stores, and as great as independent stores are, they are generally more expensive and smaller.

When you said "book of art" omg it would be amazing if I could have a book of all of your art. I've stopped buying prints because I'm so afraid of damaging them while I constantly move, but a book would be great.
so I've noticed that every time I watch your videos I always feel really encouraged and feel the need to draw and my drawings always look good because I'm encouraged :)
So inspired to see that you're making so many prints, and selling so much. its encouraging to see that people still appreciates art enough to buy them and want to hang them on their walls. keep up the good work and awesome videos.

just so you know the sakura gelly roll pen is not opaque so what i do is put one coat let it dry then put on another coat.and i talked to someone in the store and they said that the stickers you bought are not poo but ice cream.happy 12 days of Christmas,happy☺😍😘🎄🎄
I love spending time with other creative friends and we always FaceTime or Skype when working on projects or trying to trudge through a process! Haha! I'm just now printing my pieces and outsourcing right now. Do you feel it saves a lot of money to invest in a printer and do it at your home?
We don't have a Blick's here but I totally feel up the brushes at michael's. Lol. The synthetic ones are def the best. I love the micron in 001 for the finest details. Please continue these types of vlogs! They're inspiring and entertaining. Love the additions of your pets too haha
Oh man, I always touch brushes, I even do the brushing it on your face thing! I went to different art supplies shop than my usual (which is more of a hobby shop) with my mother-in-law, and I was just touching all these soft brushes admiring the heck out of their softness, and then I saw the sign right above my hand saying "please do not let children touch the brushes" and despite being 19, I felt like it still applied to me.
i don't know if you're interested, but for the pilot pocket brush pen, you can actually refill the cartridges with a blunt artist syringe and a pot of india ink! :D the blick black cat ink is great for it! i think you can get about 2 quarts of ink for $15 if i'm not mistaken
If you love the micron pens, you'll LOVE the Faber Castel pitt pens. A much stronger nib as the Micron's tend to bend to the way you apply pressure. (At least I've found). Oh, and thanks for vlogging ^^!
I use gamsol to help blend colored pencils if the colors have been layered to the point where you cant do much, and then after it dries a spray a workable fixative on it so I can continue layering and get the colors I want :-P its a pretty versatile product for sure!
I really enjoy your vlogs girl :3 it would be so nice if you could make a video about your struggles on drawing...like what it's the most difficult thing for you to draw and how you overcame it. I struggle so much with hands and lips sometimes and makes me mad xD Lots of love

It's quite an exaggeration. But it really doesn't last very long (at least to my experience). One micron pen usually last me 2 weeks at most, and I don't even use it that much.
Reeves is a really good brand not just for practicing but final pieces to i like to use transparent- ish paints but these can be quite pigmented so i highly recommend

Ahhh I can only imagine the feeling of knowing your prints are so loved and wanted!! I just completed two commissioned paintings (watercolour and ink) for two customers and their responses were incredible. I'm always super nervous as to whether they'll be disappointed for some reason, so when they genuinely love them, my heart just soars! On a separate note, what kind of printer does it take to do prints at home? That's my next big step, get prints made or invest and make prints at home! I don't live anywhere near a decent printing place, unfortunately.

Do more Art vlog videos I like them. I want to ask if you recommend using gamblin oil paints together with their cheaper 1980 set? There are some colors that I really like to use that they don't have in the 1980 series, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to mix artists grade paints with their student grade paints.

Hi, perhaps you show it in some of your videos but, could you please show how you prepare your art from painting to print file. Like, what is the process of turning a physical paining into such a beautifully and evenly colored image that shows in your print. Do you scan it and edit in photoshop? Would love to see a video on that :)

I use that adhesive a lot to make notebooks and sketchbooks. It's amazing for bookbinding, and always apply it with a brush for better results.

FYI you actually can get 00.3 sized felt tip pens, I've got 2 which are by Copic and Deleter Neopiko :)
