Shakespeare's Hamlet kind of points to what you are saying. Despite all his good virtues, he could not find the courage to act, and being riddled with self-doubt and indecision, this finally led his to his own destruction. The famous quote 'To be, or not to be' - he isn't questioning whether he should or shouldn't exist but what his very 'being' meant. Is good and evil historically contingent? Socrates lived in a time where the buying and selling of human beings into slavery wasn't problematic. I have struggled with this question but haven't even come close to resolving it. But, I do know that I don't know!
At 10:22 he is talking about the limits of the socratic methods and saying that it can't give information on what is most crucial knowledge. What does he mean by that most crucial knowledge? Is he referring to the knowledge of whether or not something is used for good?

Can you know something that's unknowable? How can you know that you don't know it?
The tests I bombed the worst were the one I walked out of feeling the best. I had no clue how lost I was.
