Eggless Pumpkin Spice Latte Rolls Recipe

These are Pumpkin Spice Latte Inspired Rolls that complements the Pumpkin flavour with Coffee really well. This is an Eggless Recipe yet the Rolls are soft and Delicious that you will not release that they are baked with out Eggs.

I have baked these Rolls like a Fallen Leaf in Fall Season you can always bake these like a Regular Cinnamon Rolls.
Since, Pumpkin Spice Latte is quite famous Drink I have tried to replicate it in Rolls that sits well in this season while equally satisfying you like your Coffee drink would.

Ingredients-
Dough-
Milk, warm
11gm Caster Sugar
2gm Instant Yeast
165gm All purpose Flour
2gm Salt
22gm Unsalted Butter, Softened
25gm Water, warm
2gm Instant Coffee
Filling-
65gm Pumpkin Puree
75gm Brown Sugar
1-1/2tsp Pumpkin Spice Powder
Milk wash
Bake in a pre heated Oven at 170C for 14-16 minute till golden brown on surface.
