Wow! 🤩 Your joy was perfectly understood by me. I honestly dorop some tears of joy when you cached the last thermal! I know the feeling, I know the emotions, and I know it's not luck but a well earned succes already planned! You are one of the few pilots I follow since my start on this flying journey. Gradually but with constance, I became a good pilot, I am very satisfied of my performances, and I owe you alot Greg! You did and still make some of the best instruction videos! I wish you the best my friend! 🫂
Nice one Greg ! You landed in my favourite crop circle, but my starting point at Dasklip makes it easier to get there. From Rusty Gate that's a massive effort.
Hey Greg, great flight, maybe you may be interested, recently my son launched at Hermanus, flew back past Rusty, and then all the way past Citrusdal to Constriction, straight line was 217km.
Oh man I remember the Video from the X-Pyr preperation. AMAZING to get back to Such moments. For me my perfect flight was last year with a friend which was planned since years but finally world out. 100k out and back into the glaciers at the end of Raurieser Valley in south Tyrol. Amazing to move in that high alpine Terrain. Häppiehh Lähndings
Well done man, I'm only a few weeks away from doing my PG2 Course and starting the fly. Thanks for making the next 2 weeks seem even longer now as I wait 😋. Love your chanel
Question: How do you typically measure the distance? Point A to point B straight line, 5-points in a line? my vario tells me a handful of different measurements. Also, Nice work! This is the best paragliding video I've ever seen.
Thanks for sharing Greg! Big Fan! I'm totally intrigued about your oppinion on having the camera mounted on a stick in the back, so you can see wing/harness/pilot/hands in order to be able to understand and analyze technique and conditions much better. Why we don't see it more? Do you deem it too risky in worst case scenarios? Or too much hassle when editing?
Way to go Grag. I'll drink a beer to that!
You're ridiculously great at storytelling, not only flying! I could feel being there in the air with you!
So true! 👌
Such an epic experience. 200km is a LONG flight... and dedicated to Anthony, amazing Buds.
Congrats Greg! Two thumbs up, what it's all about!
I can’t get enough….. THANK YOU !!!
Greg, so cool that after all the places you've been and all the flights you've done you pick this one as the best, we are very blessed here in SA.
