Thanks for the mental health part Aaron. Depression, anxiety etc are never one’s own fault, life happens, but we need to acknowledge that we have power over ourselves. Taking initiative to avoid things that worsen your mental health and making healthy choices can make a lot of difference. Make note of what helps you and what doesn’t, then act accordingly. That’s how you love yourself. Love to you all.
Mental health professionals have told me I have a healthier mindset than most. I've always said, if life kicks me, I'll break life's knees. I've always been the one that motivates, even the least capable. All it takes is a spark to light a forest. The same way, saying the right words, can awaken ambition within those who hear them. I'm not a prophet, I may not be Aaron or Joe. However, I am and will always be, Derek Thomas Lirio. That makes all the difference in the world.
When you’re a kid, you’re so desensitized to that kind of acting that you never question it. At least I think so, because otherwise why in gods name didn’t we know😂

Even if people didn't know it was me my anxiety would be on ten because of the secret of it but I'm also a scaredy cat so idk
Dude you don’t know how much I needed to hear the mental health portion of your video. I’m a filmmaker at an art school and I’ve fallen into a state of nothingness over quarantine. I feel like I don’t have a purpose anymore. I’ve been desperately trying to push myself out of this bubble and clean up my room, walk the dogs, and exercise more. It’s so hard. Finding self motivation is one of the most difficult tasks I’ve attempted to complete, so hearing someone verbalize what’s been in my head for so long meant the world to me. Thank you.

This movie doesn't feel like it was written or directed by people who know at all what it's like to have anxiety, especially social anxiety. As someone with social anxiety disorder, all it does is remind me of how I fear people sometimes see me.

As someone who struggles a lot with anxiety I really appreciated the part about you talking about mental health and things that might help :) I always try to do something every day even if I'm in a bad mood, I made lists of things that cheer me up if I don't have anyone to hang out with and things I can do when I feel like crap and being proud of yourself is such a great feeling. Even if it's just a small thing like getting out of bed and going on a walk. If anyone in the comments wants to talk to someone, I'm all ears 🥰

Today is actually an anniversary of something really terrible in my life so thank you for uploading and giving me a reason to be happy. Thank you for all that you do and continue to do! Thank you for using your platform to not only entertain but to help and inspire others. Mental Health is a very serious topic that doesn't get talked about enough. I'm sorry you went through that and I'm proud of you for getting out of a toxic environment. I know how hard it is, you are really brave for it and I wish you the best in life 😊👍
I'm turning 20 in like 12 days, and to see a guy around my age talk about mental health and giving advice... kudos to you!!! I think many guys would not have the courage to do so, so I just want to say that I think you are super brave to talk about your own journey and issues that you've resolved. Also, I can totally relate. It's nice to have someone say the things you think but can't really put into words. So thank you❤ and keep up the good work🤗

The second part of this video has nearly got me in tears. As you already know I recently had a baby and went through Post Natal Depression. Quarantine suffocated me so much Aaron. I cried so much because I couldn't deal with my hormones. I felt so isolated. I was laughing one day watching one of your videos and Nurah ( my daughter ) smiled at me. After that day she's been flashing a smile at me everyday. Mental Health is such a taboo subject but even more so in the Bengali community. There is no such thing as Mental Health. It simply doesn't exist. Women are unfortunately meant to just ' get on with it ' every time I had the courage to reach out I was always told to get over it.

I’m so glad you’re using your platform to speak about mental health. As some one who’s been struggling with depression since they were 9 it’s nice to know a creator I really enjoy has struggled too and has been able to better themself. So after being called out for sitting around all day in bed i guess I’ll go clean my room finally 😂
depression is a bitch, for real. i know we don’t know each other, but i’m really happy you’re alive. and if no ones said it to you recently, i’m proud of you for powering through!
I’m gonna be honest I might sound stupid for saying this considering I live outside the US but if Aaron and Jo had a meet and greet I would buy a plane ticket just to meet them😗✌🏾 also loved the last few minutes of the video it was motivating
Its always the funniest/weirdest people with the most intelligent and helpful advise, Thank you Aaron! I actually took notes and am working on not being a disappointment, i truly just want to be happy :)
I love that you are talking about what has helped you with anxiety! I'd like to add that spending money on experiences has been proven to make people happier. Buying an expensive Gucci sweater with not make you happier, but buying a dessert and really savoring it and mindfully thinking about how awesome the dessert is has been proven to make people happier. You are right on about helping people though! :)
Thank you for talking about mental health! Especially the part about talking down on yourself and the anxiety part. I’ve been struggling lately and I feel like this was the push I REALLY REALLY needed to finally make some positive changes in my life! I’m hoping that everyone can take something from this and start feeling better too! Thank you Aaron and bless you!
it's actually crazy how much being productive improves your mental state, even if it's just putting the leftover dishes piled around in your room away, like it doesn't have to be big. really appreciated that second half of the clip, super relevant and helpful
I legit teared up the second half the video, thank you so much for speaking on mental health it’s so so important. I’ve always struggled myself, but I didn’t tell anyone. From ages 14 - 17 I only remember maybe 3 or 4 things that happened in those years. I was so depressed & anxious, I wasn’t myself. The last two years I’ve pushed through my anxiety, left college as it wasn’t good for my mental health & within a month of leaving I got myself a job. It’s not the best job but never in a million years I thought I’d be employed so I’m proud of myself. Thank you again, you should do more videos like this. Hope you’re doing well ❤️
The mental health part really got into me, you don’t know how much I needed to heart that especially from my favorite youtuber❤️ you actually make me want to take care of myself instead of just gaming and sleep all day, much love!
This was a funny AND meaningful video, I'm glad that my friend sent me one of your videos a little while ago. Keep up with the awesome content and I'm sure many of us appreciate the talk about mental health so thank you for that as well
Aaron, I really admire how confident you carry yourself. You seem like a genuine person and the mental health discussion you had at the end of the video was just very caring for your audience. I respect you for that.
It's really sweet that you decided to talk about those topics, I'd love to hear more thoughts. I've experienced that, even if nobody gets anything about something I said or it doesn't help in their situation, it at least helps me clear or organize my thoughts, makes me realize how much I've grown. Nonetheless, it always helps someone in some way, I'm sure. Btw, your video convinced me of watching "Emo, the musical" and that movie somehow helped me a lot with my mental health for a good few days, so thanks lol. Hugs from a fellow 20 year old struggling with quarantine in Argentina ✌️
Dude that mental health bit could not have came at a better time. I am starting learning assistant tomorrow and I have been ridiculously anxious and considered backing out because it's taking me out of my comfort zone. Hearing this reminded me that EVERYONE feels like this and that leaving my comfort zone has almost always ended with me feeling so proud of myself. Thank you!!
I really needed that advice because I’m a rising senior in high school and I’m trying to figure out what I want to do and I really do need to get off my ass. I have been working on it a lot but It always ends up stressing me out so much because I’m scared of failure but you can’t fail if you don’t even try. 💓💓 love your videos
Productivity, increasing our creativity, keeping contact with others and daring in life are certainly the most important things to do in order to flirt with happiness, especially in these difficult times. Thanks a lot about your inspirational monologue. It’s really touching :)) and keep going with these awesome videos with Joe, y’all are la crème de la crème ✨
Aaron, you're a saint 🥺. the commentary was great as always and made me giggle, which is standard with this channel, but thank you so much for your talk on mental health. even with no diagnosis or anyone saying "you have..." i think everyone struggles with aspects of mental health that effect them individually. although this lockdown has helped my mental health in terms of staying out of school, it has been so hard feeling so down about how useless i feel while in quarantine and i'm glad that i got to see an amazing person like you lift my spirits. so thank you 🤗🥰
I really appreciated the advice at the end. I know this video is a little old but I saw it only recently. I finally told this girl I liked how I felt today, and she told me she had liked me for almost 3 years!!! I'm so glad you gave me the confidence to ask her out, I'm so happy. I shouldn't have put it off for so long. Thank you for the advice.
I LOVED and NEEDED Aaron's message right now. You have a good head on your shoulders my dude and thank you for talking about this stuff especially during lockdown (:

did tara have the copyright rights to the songs she was playing when she was streaming from her bedroom??
I’m gonna be honest I might sound stupid for saying this considering I live outside the US but if Aaron and Jo had a meet and greet I would buy a plane ticket just to meet them😗✌🏾 also loved the last few minutes of the video it was motivating
❤️❤️❤️
I wish the best for you❤️
Aaron Craft Thank you!!! 😊❤️
Your imitations of Deby Ryan bad acting are perfect lol
“Literally no one will ever get this hyped for a radio show” lol Aaron definitely missed quarantine radio. If you know, you know.
Quarantine quarantine quarantine
Peach emoji!!!
SO FINAL JAM IS COMING UP
it's actually crazy how much being productive improves your mental state, even if it's just putting the leftover dishes piled around in your room away, like it doesn't have to be big. really appreciated that second half of the clip, super relevant and helpful
"I don't look anything like Josh Dun" yeah keep telling yourself that, Jo
Hope you’re doing well ❤️
Hope you’re doing well too❤️ and I’m proud of you for allowing yourself to be proud of yourself!
Aaron Craft thank you Aaron, sending love x
This is Disney's idea of a cute and shy edgy girl XD I'm dying. I think they might have missed the mark a bit lol.
A bit is being generous. My girl looks like an early 2010s tumblr hipster lesbian.
Came for the comedy. Stayed for the real talk at the end
The mental health part really got into me, you don’t know how much I needed to heart that especially from my favorite youtuber❤️ you actually make me want to take care of myself instead of just gaming and sleep all day, much love!
❤️
This was a funny AND meaningful video, I'm glad that my friend sent me one of your videos a little while ago. Keep up with the awesome content and I'm sure many of us appreciate the talk about mental health so thank you for that as well
❤️
“Holy balls” - Aaron Craft 2020

Aaron is such a sweetie his ending about mental health was such an eye opener props to you ❤️
Jo has the *energy* of Gavin's friend but doesn't look like him.
They both have big mouths and similar personalities
I love it when you guys compliment each other’s jokes🥺 wholesome 100 keanu chungus
Omg I’m early final jams coming up
I'm screaming
i love that you spoke out about mental health in this video.
i really needed to hear that message
"Hey stepdad" *kissing face*
I'M SCREAMING
The fact that this must have been so chaotic that they had to split it into two parts has me SCREAMING
Aaron, I really admire how confident you carry yourself. You seem like a genuine person and the mental health discussion you had at the end of the video was just very caring for your audience. I respect you for that.
The movie reaction was amazing (as always) but I wanna say props for that second part of the video. Really inspiring and motivating!
No problem❤️
❤️❤️❤️
Dude that mental health bit could not have came at a better time. I am starting learning assistant tomorrow and I have been ridiculously anxious and considered backing out because it's taking me out of my comfort zone. Hearing this reminded me that EVERYONE feels like this and that leaving my comfort zone has almost always ended with me feeling so proud of myself. Thank you!!
I remember being obsessed with this movie, I’d like to apologise on my younger past self
i love how aaron’s name is in the channel name but jo is basically the main star
Really liked your talk on mental health. It was a nice reminder for me during this time to get out my comfort zone more :)
like u fr don’t understand how helpful this video is
“My god, Pierce the Veillll” 🤣🤣 stoppp! Me in high school lol
I know this comment is like two years old but im curious to know if yall are still together !
@@s_rosexoxo3347 Actually we still are together! Celebrated our 2 year last month. ❤️
@@kascade7011 OH MY GOSH that just made my day!!!

@@s_rosexoxo3347 thank you so much! :)
@@kascade7011 no problem :)
Aaron bby 🥺❤️ the second half of this video is so thoughtful and necessary
I LOVED and NEEDED Aaron's message right now. You have a good head on your shoulders my dude and thank you for talking about this stuff especially during lockdown (:
