If you were to move Houston Texas, what feature of the area would attract you the most-outdoor activities, community feel or cost of living? Let me know your thoughts!
My favorite part of your videos is when you lay out the area around your property tours. That separates you from other realtors. It's definitely good information that makes a prospective property more enticing. Keep up the good work!
Thanks for the feedback! A lot of the people that contact me say that they appreciate the map section and actually showing the distance to stores, airport, downtown, things to do etc. I’ll definitely keep doing that, I appreciate it!
@MakingHoustonHome Chicago. I got two more years before I decide to retire but that doesn't mean I'm haven't already begun looking at options that are out there in Texas.
2026 will come before you know it. lol thanks! I used to have to shave everyday for my old job in the oil industry…when I quit I said I’m never shaving again 😆 Just dumb luck that I actually have a decent beard!
@@trevionringer6272 yeah that’s true! Depending on which direction you go on 99 (South or West) and how far it could be something to budget for. The tolls aren’t too expensive though so that’s good. I pretty much live on 99 lol. I’m out in The Woodlands, Conroe, Katy, Cypress, Dayton, New Caney, Sugar Land….all over the map. I end up paying about $100/month in tolls.

@MakingHoustonHome That level of detail will be the reason I choose you over any other realtor. When I decide to finally move to Texas.
@@ricr4420 I really appreciate that! I’ll be here when you’re ready 👍🏽 Where do you live now?

@@ricr4420 nice! Happy early retirement! The older I get the more I realize how quickly 2 years goes by lol
I love it here!! Thank you for showing this subdivision!!!🎉😊❤
Of course! Glad you enjoyed it! Do you live in The Trails?
Can you tell me please exactly the first home how much?!!
The first house starts at $529k. However, if you were to build one from dirt they are offering $30k off the price, which would put it at $499k.
What’s the property taxes like in this area?
@@tafariacademy the tax rate in this community is 2.8%, and the HOA fee is $900 per year.

No this is in New Caney
