😂 I am Tata car owner and I absolutely do not agree with you, Maruti cars are the cheapest to repair, Tata and Volkswagen are leading in terms of expensive parts, throw Honda and Hyundai as well in expensive list. But Maruti is the cheapest to maintain and repair.
BE05/Creta EV is more promising, I was never excited for a Suzuki EV (nor for there ice models tho)... BUT why does it look like a Korean car like by design? None the less Import of Battery pack would surely hike the prices compared to the rivals :)
It's a high quality and a durable battery tho. BYD's LFP blade battery passes the nail penetration test and can last 5000 charging cycles which is insane. A 400km real world range car would last for 5000*400 = 20 lakh km so assume 15 lakh km with 15-20% range loss
Pricing advantage is not seemingly encouraging considering the competition. Range would be the key. March 2025 is very much late release, by that time Harrier and Creta EV could be in the market.
50kWh ZS EV gets 350-400km 60kWh atto3 gets 450km so it will be in similar ballpark HMG has more EV experience than all three japanese brands combined, Creta will have better efficiency than vitara, already a big car like Ioniq 5 gets 7km/kWh, it will be easy to get 8km/kWh or more on creta
@@7567_RexExactly. People assume that bigger batteries mean more range. But the range increase per kWh of batteries quickly starts diminishing. Batteries are extremely lousy at storing energy. Not holding much to begin with, and then constantly leaking it.
Though m quite a tata fan, but I must say tata is in soup!!! Mahindra has gunned passed it in sales and therez no sign tataz gonna regain the 3rd spot anytime soon; now Maruti coming up in ev segment. Only niggle free and formidable products coupled with impeccable ASS can save tata or old days are awaiting!!!

Big battery with low torque is good for long range .. that’s good decision by Maruti as compared to tata & Mahendra proving more power which is useless and less range as well . Tata curvv with low power with big battery can provide 600km + range but that didn’t happen

The low COG can improve its safety rating. The battery they chose is very safe (BYD blade battery which passes the nail penetration test)
