His shit with Shady Nate was always fire. I think Shady Nate is the most lyrical rapper in the bay listen to the classic "1 mo lick" by Shady Nate, straight flames. But Philthy Rich is the most prolific and the most successful rapper to come from Oakland since Too Short. Thanks Sharp, for giving Philthy Rich his flowers (which he deserves.)
