On this album Amira sings entirely in the crossover genre, in which she sings in a semi-classical style accompanied by an orchestra. Amira has never used autotune or pitch correction software in any of her performances, neither in the studio nor live. She would never do that. And this is very rare nowadays, very rare.
Nice one Rory. This one is rarely appraised. To me it's a companion song to her In the Stars, which you have already reacted to. They both deal with the loss of a loved one, and letting go, temporarily, till we meet again. It is a beautiful song, and perfectly suited to Amira 's vibe. She was about 13/14 when she sang this.
