Try LONDON - thousand of robberies a year of high value items - at least 2 ROLEX related murders. The best place to be robbed are tube stations and other places with high pedestrian density.
I would personally get rid of the all black OP since its redundant with the Explorer 1, as well as the two tone DJ. Feel with the all gold daydate you can do without a two tone. I think the Wimbleton is different and can ride a lane of its own. Awesome video
I am feeling like the two-tone DJ is not needed since I already the full gold DD. I like the jubilee of the Wimbledon (that is only 1 or 2 jubilee in my entire collection). The OP is a little sentimental. It may make sense to let it go, but I will not make much money with it in any case. The TT DJ makes more sense to sell first.
What is your protein goal per day? Assuming you’re about 5’10”-6’ you’re probably good at ~160 a day, but more is ok. Try for four meals at 40g Pro. Low fat cottage cheese or Greek yogurt is key. PBFit is also a game changer. If you still have trouble making 160/day, add a whey protein shake once a day. But 160 isn’t too tough to get in if you’re not vegan. If you are vegan, get some pea or soy protein powder, you’ll most likely have to supplement, and try to go higher, maybe 180g/day.
My goal weight is 135lbs. I am aiming for 0.8g protein per lb. So around 110g protein per day. I am only hitting about 90g now- a mix of cottage cheese, eggs, tofu, lentils, chicken, ground turkey. I should hit the protein shake more often.
@@sc1 nice man. Yeah cottage cheese is a great go to protein source. 400g of low fat cottage cheese will get you 40+ grams in one meal, and if you do that a couple times a day, you’ll be above that threshold pretty easily.

(if so, I would be impressed) At AP House, I needed to check in with the two door people, then be guided down a dark black narrow corridor, then up in a tiny elevator with a different person, then finally met my sales person. But the actual space upstairs was incredible, very elegant. Custom designed space and furniture. Coffee bar. Outside patio space for events. They had two walls of display pieces, but did not even have all the colors in the Royal Oak. Probably TT DJ will need to go. It would be a shame to let go of the OP. I will buy whatever I like the best, in terms of design and aesthetics. I love the tradition, attention to detail, finishing, and hand-made portions from Patek. But I will not go grey ever again. I do want some kind of Nautilus eventually, but I'm not willing to buy just anything from the AD to puff up my spend history in order to get a Nautilus. I will need to genuinely enjoy anything I buy. If I don't get allocated the Nautilus, that's ok. With AP, I won't buy anything else except the 37mm Royal Oak. If I don't get the call, then that's ok too. No other brands really interest me (at this time).
If you don't have genetically normal or large calves do daily calf work. Meaning banging weighless calf raises out throughout the day. Preferably full range of motion on the edges of stair steps for example. This will add some size to them.

A threat with a machete in NYC seems unimaginable to me, but I could always be wrong. NYC is only 7-10 days of visit per year for me, and the rest of the time is in small town America. A place where no one notices your watch.

Fun video. John’s is not NY style - it’s American-Neapolitan. I’d recommend the bar at the Baccarat Hotel to run into watch enthusiasts. Even some of the servers are into Rolex, Panerai. The bartender mentioned some business people come in with million dollar watches. And visitors bringing a different watch to wear per day of their visit.
Was told there was a bottleneck for gold pieces but now they’re flowing through. I think gold is something you’re drawn to as you get older. Also when you’re younger you have more important things to spend your money on. My yellow gold day date is a safe queen. Sad but that’s the world right now.

I choose not to live in fear of the wrong-doerings. I would rather enjoy wearing my hard-earned watch, but, at the same time, to not bring undo attention to my wrist. I think the USA (especially small towns) is a very different situation than central London.
I own a day date rose gold olive green dial, very safe to wear through NYC. Most people are concerned with your shoes not wrist watches lol
