    How do you change the date format to UK. All other watches have this in settings. Also weather does not update automatically you have to change it to another city manually which is frustrating. I set my watch up at my parents home and now I have to manually change it to my city. How can I amend this?

    I am only getting upload option in the app..not the hotspot option... And unable to transfer music in the watch😵

    Amazefit gts 2 has no option for Alexa but its available in low cost watches.. please add Alexa in gts 2 ..

    Hello!!! I have a new GTS2 and I was on a roll setting up my phone until I hit a bump. The instructions stated scan the QR code. I turned on my Bluetooth and nothing connects. Please help.

      Thanks for responding but I was able to fix the issue. I simply deleted the first app and then downloaded it again. It worked.

    Hey I have issue with the pairing. when I try to binding the watch, the app and the watch did detect each other bluetooth, but it never gets to finish the pairing and stated that "can't connect, check your network and try again later". tried to reconnect the BT, restart my phone and watch but it still the same. Can you help me?

    Hello! Could you help me? I have paired it with the phone and want to make my calls from the watch. When I am in a call, on my phone I cant switch to watch. Btw, it detects, and show me when I am in a call, and shows the watch where I can switch to it..but still cant.

      Hello! Unfortunately, the GTS does not currently support Bluetooth phone calls.

      Fruzsi622 Certainly! In the Zepp app, go to Profile> My Devices> select [device]> Incoming Call to manage incoming call alert settings and display incoming call contact information.

    I cannot received any notification such as email and some msg from apps. Connect with BT is again and again. Never connect only one time and please any suggestions. Thanks

      Hi! On your Zepp App, go to Profile > My Devices > choose [device] > Incoming Call, to manage incoming call alert settings and show incoming call contact information.
      On your Zepp App, go to Profile > My Devices > choose [device] > App Alerts > Manage Apps, to activate notifications.

      Yes there is settings menu. Press the upper crown and swipe down on the screen to find settings.

    Anybody here have the same problem with me.. when music that connected to the bluetooth tws n the gps active at the same time, then it always disconnected n the music app stuck 🤐🤐

    Waste of money does not have alexa update, difficult to connect with Bluetooth headset. Calling and music is just the name sound quality is very poor you can not listen proper. Under 5k there is lots of options in market. Very disappointed. There's is no returns options in Amazon.
