I'm considering putting this on a particularly large non-opening architectural window. BUT the window has lots of thin wood panes. Can it be installed over the panes as well to help with water leaks or does it have to be cut to each individual glass pane?
Do you think a good application for it would be on car windows? Since they are more durable and extremely strong ; for third world countries where you have to keep cars safe
This video is not about security film; it's about 3M's Prestige series solar film. We have heard of security film being applied to vehicles, though we haven't attempted it ourselves.
@@Pholarc Not really. The Prestige series DOES have a security line, but this isnt it. The following link is just a standard clear security film (easier to attain and cheaper). th-cam.com/video/hXfxRCvuYog/w-d-xo.html
It may increase efficiency slightly. On the exterior, the weather will eventually effect the condition of the film. It can be caulked in to keep rain out which will promote longevity, but will reduce the lifespan significantly.
would that be part of the warranty?

How can I contact you?
thanks for the tip
Wouldn't it be more efficient to install the film OUTside?
