  • Book Release (June 1st)
Don't Say Back Up Plan OR Plan B To A Aspiring Professional Athlete
Will be available for purchase June 1, 2023 on Amazon, Audible and www.thebeststudentathlete.com for purchase. This is my first book and I'm super excited for you to get a copy!
This book is written to help parents, teachers and coaches develop systems that will support young aspiring professional athletes on their pursuit to the pros while also equipping them in a way that has not been discussed quite like I discuss it. It's packed with real life stories and real practical information that's ready to be implemented as soon as you read it.
This book shows that both can exist in the same room. You can have a student athlete /aspiring professional athlete that cares about nothing but making it to the pros and you prepare them for life after that pursuit ; without discouraging them or trying to convince them about the odds of them not making it.
If you're serious about being impactful in the lives of student athletes / aspiring professional athletes; BE SURE TO EMAIL ME AT hooplaude@gmail.com to be added on to the list, to be notified of when it's available for purchase and so you get a limited edition shirt (while supplies last). Simply send me your name and t shirt size and I'll reach back out to you when the book is available on June 1st.

There's a misconception that playing a sport in college means you're a student athlete and I want to make sure you understand that that's simply not the case. Having been a student athlete both in high school and in college, plus currently working with some of the best student athletes college sports; I want to give you tips on make the distinction between the two. Some of the differences are obvious and some require a recalibration of thought. This video will help you do just that.
Spoiler Alert : The goal is to be a STUDENT ATHLETE and not a College Athlete. Don't get me wrong. This will not be an easy thing to do. In fact, it will be some of the most difficult work you embark upon and sometimes you'll get push back from people that you love and trust. I get it
When it all boils down to it. We all love sports but you'll soon realize that sports is for right now and academics ( and everything outside of sports) is for the life you'll live after sports.
This video is the first step to the investment into yourself as a student athlete. It's student athlete development with a dose of accountability that no one can do for you but you.
    Question of the DAY!
Let me know in the comments
    1. What you've done to separate yourself from being a college athlete and deciding to be a student athlete.?
2.What are some things you think other student athletes should adopt to make this process easier for them?
3.What's something about being a student athlete that you learned the hard way, but would like to share with others?
Thank you for checking out this video. I appreciate the positivity.
