To me this set looks quite polished, cute, fun and has the frog accesory, which makes the entire set feel high end, and complete. Definetly dont mind spending more money on lego if your gona get banger products.
I personally want minor puppet features to become a new standard for lego statues. It doesn't even really take much extra pieces, just the forethought to do it! These things should be primarily toys with display potential, not display pieces with minor to no play potential, esp. if you can get both options looking practically identical on the shelf, like grogu here or bowser.
If I had to point to one feature which makes the face on this one actually better is the printed Eyes. The Anime style 'eye shine' bring the face to life in my opinion.
For sure this is a pretty good looking figure and a massive upgrade over the old version judging from the footage shown. I won't buy any Starwars, but I think this will sell well among fans of the franchise and maybe some more mainstream people too, because he is so well known and cute. I like it better seeing it built, but from the get go my gripe was the upper lip part sticking out so much. The slope piece doesnt seem like a good fit. That said idk what would be a good replacement.

The old Grogu definitely looks better is my opinion, the body of the new Grogu is definitely better, but the face on the old Grogu is absolutely more accurate to me.

Ugly set. This is a set I hope retailers reject to save space on their shelves. Disney is asking too much of the LEGO group to license Star Wars with the prices on sets like this and the Star fighter. Have Hope fans!

They used all the white pieces for the pram that was ment for the tiny Arc170 wings
so many great white parts for MOCs (domes, ships, snow, etc)!
