- Sapin Sapin is a layered glutinous rice cake popular in the Philippines. It is usually eaten during Filipino festivals. Filipinos always serve glutinous dishes during New Year's diner because of the belief that it will make their family closer together.

Ingredients are:
2 cups glutinous rice flour
1 cup rice flour
1/4 cup white sugar
2 and 1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup condensed milk
1 tsp Ube flavoring
1 tsp Langka/Jackfruit flavoring
Yellow food color
for the toppings:
1 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp white sugar

Hello po! Hindi po talaga need ang gatas ng calabao sa recipe na ito. Gata ng niyog lang po or coconut milk

Sakin ang bottom layer naiwan sa pan dumikit. Ang gamit kong oil pinampahid sa pan, palm oil naubos na kasi coconut oil.🤔
Yung oil po galing sa ginawa kong latik ang ginamit ko mismo... Not the coconut oil for frying.

@@themusicplaylist8990mga possible reason po kung bakit naging sobrang lambot ng inyong finished product is baka hindi po kayo naglagay ng rice flour (iba pa po ito sa glutinous rice flour) also, iba iba din po kasi ang moisture content ng mga harina depende sa brand at pinanggalingan nito kaya minsan kahit same amount ng liquid ingredients lang ang nilalagay natin is hindi same ng results. Important po na tinatantya din natin if yung mixture sobrang labnao na pwede tayo magdagdag o magbawas.
I genuinely want to share how to make sapin sapin. I apologize if hindi naging maganda ang result ng pag try ninyo but never ko pong ginawa ito for "pampadami lang ng views".
I made Sapin Sapin occasionally Pero ok naman almost same recipe n ingredients I did. Chek mo mabuti ang measurement at texture. N streaming need luto mabuti. baka Jan k may palpak. Pero try k pa din ganun nman Lalo Pag 1st time minsan.
