Join me as I tell you all about my experience so far, what I would love to do again, and what I would skip next time. I'm gonna give you some tips you NEED if you're going to any of these locations soon. 💛

Watching you on replay. I too visited Zimbabwe and Botswana - Feb 2024. Sorry I didn’t run into you. I too will be in Mauritius as of March 4 and will be there through March 14. I LOVED Botswana. It’s peaceful, safe and the folks I met were gracious and friendly. My AirBnB host invited me to her palatial home in “the bush” and it was an incredible weekend ( my Airbnb accommodations were in a different locale from host’s home). I was sick the whole time in Zimbabwe with a nasty head cold or the flu - I was just outside of Harare (I visited Vic Falls in 2022; and yes if you don’t rent a raincoat you will get wet!!). In Zimbabwe I was hanging with my friend who fed me incredibly and nursed me through the awful cold. I’m off to Mauritius to visit my granddaughter and grands as of tomorrow - March 5.
PS - Vic Falls… Zimbabwe needs the money that’s why they charge $50
Must be, cuz walking through the park I was wondering what they were spending the money on 👀. It's gorgeous but the upkeep can't be that much.
I went to Botswana too and I loved it. The people are very friendly there and their food is so delicious! I wish I went to Zimbabwe too.

Roshidaaaaa!! I'm looking at the replay. You are quite the storyteller!! Your animation keeps me interested. First of all, your and Stephanie's skin look translucent and flawless. Secondly, I was in Capetown, Durban and Jo'burgh in 2000. I was hoping that you wouldn't feel as I did then...... that I was in Africa and Capetown didn't reflect what I had expected. The blacks were sadly laborers. I was hoping that it had changed in 24 years. Sad😢. Disappointed.

Hey Shida, watching the replay, I just returned from SA as well, and it is terrible the black people are not in charge, they are the face...Although they are the majority race, it is ran by the "Afrikaans and Indiana" . We went to the "Wine Arc" in Stellenbosch where I was able to meet the lady behind Ses'fikile which is black owned by a former teacher in SA. I love SA so much I have been twice 2023-2024
British airways exists but no English air!😀
