- The rising prevalence of new Covid sub-strain B.A6 has prompted concerns that it could put the vulnerable and the elderly at risk.
Storm Huntley is joined by Nina Myskow and Esther K to discuss whether it means we should consider masking up again to protect the vulnerable.

I wore one in the beginning. Never again. Got sacked for continuing to refuse to wear one. And don't regret it one bit.
It's a shame the disgust worriers to have put you in that position. I'm working class so I obviously had to work right through lockdowns, we weren't allowed to buy dust masks for months. Still don't know of anyone who died of COVID, lots died suddenly though just after having there jab. Personally I know 4 people who died within a month of complying.

Beware of people who find things disgusting, they're very anxious of their surroundings and are liable to attack innocent people.
I agree with Esther. If you’re vulnerabIe or too scared to go out, lock yourself down, and let everyone else get on with their lives. And I can’t honestly see the government getting away with what they did, again. Sometimes I think they just want troubIe. Well it’s coming anyway, it’s just a matter of when

Great lets protect the elderly while we ruin the lives of the young.
The elderly dont want protected by the young we all choose our path in life and are responsible for our own destiny . Doctors have stated masks dont work .
Face masks are just "comfort blankets" as one expect called them the evidence of them actually working is sketchy to say the least ask any surgeon on why they use them.

Hey Nina? Have you thought of moving to North Korea? I bet they would not appreciate public munching (even if you are starving hungry in between jobs). Granted, you only wear the colour pink and have done for decades but...im sure theyd give you a bit of flexibility. You being the, "all knowing" and whatnot. How dare the likes of Esther challenge you?! What's she thinking? Its like shes expecting autonomy amongst people, to be responsible for themselves..eg. i won't wear a mask if i get a cold, because in life we are exposed to a plethora of viruses and in the main, our bodily immune systems deal with these things naturally, no!
Wear a mask, prevent future illness cause that'll work. However, more than anything, do not eat in front of anyone in public. That surreptitious crisp when youre absolutely famished....stop! There may be a Nina lurking, and no kettle chip in the world is worth confronting that!!! 😛
If you've got flu you stay at home. If you're vulnerable you stay at home until the crisis has passed, or wear a mask if you go out.

What’s seriously disgusting is some people thinking they can tell others how to act. We’re to eat . And telling people they have to wear a mask. Having said that people pay more than just NI but Income Tax VAT Road Tax and mss as my more taxes all their lives. So for someone to say my NI pays for your pensions is borderline ridiculous. If it was up to me old age pension would be at least £800 per week. We paiff dad for it. And just in case you think I’m a pensioner I’m not I’m working and still paying tax.

Yes bring them back . Only this time I’ll make them. I’ve got no experience never made masks before and I haven’t got much money to set it up . But if the tories give me £50 million I’m sure I could learn. Failing that my local pub landlord could do it.
