I've started frequency matching to get my mix up to par and the results on my master has been INSANE. Finally making truly competitive music in my genre (Pop). Although the mixes I reference have way more separation (Dua Lipa engineers are nuts at this point) I end up putting my own twist on things and the results have been nothing short of amazing. All thanks to you, AHEE. Span matching and Bus Mastering are my go to keys now!

Hey Ahee, I know you’re a huge fan of Span… but have you heard of or used Signalizer? It’s also free… 👀 It comes with tons more (vectorscope, oscilloscope, spectrograph, and spectrogram) all in one plugin. It’s surprising to me that more pros haven’t seen or heard about it because, to my knowledge, it does everything that span does and way more. 💯

I started playing reapers remix ages ago! this is too funny on how the video progressed and another tune came out of it that he loved. This is like watching EDM style progress in real time
What a difference a Year makes for insight. Came back to this and was able to recreate something Similar in Vital. Last Year I couldn't come close. Thank you for this Vid! Serum's Tube Distortion can make a "Talking" Effect that is hard to Emulate in Vital. Using Fil1: Diode: Drive (Mix to Taste) ->Fil2: Digital Drive (w/Filt 1 On) then Effects: Distort: Soft Clip Pushes it enough to get a good Sound

This looks like ring mod or amp mod fuckery to me. Those peaks on either side of the second big harmonic are characteristics of that kind of modulation
