Something I hate about my health science class is that it ruins these videos for me cause by technicality, this is a peripheral nerve exam. For those that don't know, the nervous system is split, sort of like a tree. The nervous system goes into the central nervous system, which contains the brain and spinal cord, and the peripheral nervous system, which is the 12 cranial nerves and the 31 spinal nerves. When he does the action of hitting the knee with a hammer, this is testing one of the 31 spinal nerves, the femoral nerve. This bothers me cause this is supposed to be a cranial nerve exam. There is no hate against the creator. They did a great job, and I can't say anything about his medical knowledge . This whole argument is basically describing my medical OCD. To all those who made it this far, I hope you learned something.
