Hello, thanks for your comment. If your application was started in 2023, you have until the end of 2024 to apply for NHR. The visa application is not linked to NHR, which is a tax regime - however, if you can evidence you started your migration to Portugal before the NHR expiry date, you have some extra time to apply.

I was just about to ask whether this investment was considered real estate investment but you answered my question. I'm interested in a project like this however not this specific one as the reviews are a bit mixed on the property even though the investment terms seem favorable. Are you familiar with any other similar development projects?
