Thank You Matthew Miller for this wonderful teaching from Don Bosco's mother. What a great mother to teach her children this way. I won't complain when I have no hot water to shower. At least I don't have to jump in a cold River. Thank you Matthew Miller and God Bless you.

Actions speak louder then words. But words are still important we can't leave people uninformed

Matthew Miller. I can't imagine anyone else narrating these stories but you you always keep me interested. Just the tone of your voice is perfect.

Please, please, please make this a series. Go deeper on the raising of children! There is nothing more important than strengthening the family right now and even my parents and grandparents agree that its never been harder. As a Catholic I am always searching for resources that aren't this gentle parenting approach all over TH-cam. There must be more that he recommends - thank you for all these wonderful videos❤

Did you happen to be in Dallas TX this Easter? I swear I saw someone who looked exactly like you at Easter Vigil! I never recognize the places in your videos and figured you were somewhere north of me, but it sure looked like you!

It's true Catholic teaching makes the difference, especially in schools.... I'm a witness to this...I was in a school where every period before and after, had to say a prayer( prayer before class and prayer after class )..our teachers were different in their own way, they smiled, they allowed us to rub the black board, at times we sat near the platform or near the teacher and copied our notes from the black board, it was pure joy, discipline doesn't mean being strict, discipline is caring and behaving within limits.... Jesus Christ Himself taught us this, He is merciful, He is Joy to the world, but when we go to the extremes, disobeying....He will not answer us and.... the fires of hell... purgatory..... awaits us... Sweetest Jesus have mercy on, help us to live in obedience and please You always...

i grown up in Brazil and remember the secondary school /high school named after him , its sad that most catholic schools in Brazil are only for the kids who can pay , this decline of catholic influence in public schools from the end of 1990 has had a terrible impact in the brazilian youth of today my generation was the last to have lived the great life of catholic nation in full

Rich and powerful families have the obligation to give example of virtue,, religion and generosity. Their example has an enormous part in decadence of the West.

    Mr. Miller,
I want to ask a question regarding St. John Bosco's life.
Did St. John Bosco ever recorded or told his fellow Fathers about his blessed conversations with our Lord Jesus directly?
Like how our Lord spoke to St. Faustina and St. Margaret Mary.

These videos cover messages directly from God regarding the future:

That's as close to a record of a conversation with God that we'll ever get.
Also, his very first prophetic vision in which he talks to Our Lord:
