Hey Guys, im finally back from the dead! Really stoked to go out again and take you with me. Still getting used to talking english again, its been some time so bear with me, gonna make some mistakes here and there, but i hope you can understand everything ^^ Next Video i will be going back to this location and let me tell you, its gonna be insane...
WOW~ Right at the end there, I thought I was seeing a Dreyse Model 1907, and lo and behold, it was actually that exact pistol. The reason I recognized it so quickly is because my own father had brought one back from his service in World War I and I currently have that same gun in my cabinet. God Bless and stay safe.
Hey nice to see new videos and man what a good finds u have, 10:58 looks like mosin nagant trigger house, and never heard of the pistol from the end Good luck next hunt
That's most likely what it is! Didnt realize the barrels where that long. The mosquitoes will make a regular guest appearance in the videos from now on ;)
@@MetalMaxWW2 It actually is - if I´m not completely mistaken, it should be a 'Navy Luger' - barrel of those were longer. And the mazine-well with the trigger-guard you´ve found should be remains of a Mosin-Nagant M1891
Love your videos my friend, I am originally from the Channel Islands and used to spend days digging trash pits and always found interesting stuff . Looking forward to your next upload , all the best from Somerset UK
Lovely video again! I have never seen anyone find an artillery luger barrel before, that's really cool mate, pretty rare piece and that dreyse...awesome, I love the rare stuff. That subtitled video concept is great I think, tho it confuses me a bit, because I speak both german and english😅. Keep up the good work!🙂
Oh yeah confusing for sure when you speak both languages ^^' There really is all sorts of stuff in that area, from all kinds of Soldiers scattered around... stay tuned for the next one!
Love these videos and thank you for going to dig up some history for us all to watch! Not sure if you have identified that last gun part at 14:15 yet but It may be the barrel of an artillery Luger p-08. They had a longer barrel than the standard Lugers. EDIT: Looked further through the comments and saw that others have suggested the same. Awesome find!
Unfortunately, it is not for an mp 40 but a P08 with a long barrel (ww1-ww2) 14:09 and the one with all the gears that from a clock good video good to see you back.😎
The pistol upper at 14:17 looks like it could stem from a Borchardt C-93, a pretty old and even for WWII-times outdated pre-WWI pistol. I was a bit sceptical at first, but since you also found a Dreyse, them using another weapon from around the 1900s is not that unlikely. After all, the Bundeswehr relabled and re-used some of the originals and some after-war productions of the P38 designated as "P1" until they were finally decommissioned in the 90s, when the H&K P8 was introduced. 🤔
14:10 i may be wrong but it could be ww1 artilery division P08, what told me that? the long barrel that pistols don't really had in ww1/2 and P08 shape.
I had to cut a vacation early this year but ironically you're speaking German. I just got back you've got a 12 pack of some amazing Germanbeer sample pack . Pauliner
Say Max, you are german right? In wich Bundesland are you that you find that much stuff? Id love to find me some cool ww2 stuff like helmets and such as well.
At 21 minutes. The small pistol. Is that an FP liberator? Which were dropped by the Americans into occupied territory. To be used by resistance fighters?
Cool that you can tell you learned English at school. But the words you needed to do the videos in English. Your friend use the words was Manchester area. Really northern on only certain words. Love your videos.
8:20 Ich, der jeden Tag aufs Feld geht und nach solchen Münzen sucht, nur Blech bekommt und der hier zieht des ding so casual raus als wären es 20 Cent.
Hello! Actually, you can take the guns home and deactivate them(the gun becomes legal to own without any papers), the goverment would not have any questions to you. I'd make sure that this works in your country tho.
Oh that absolutely doesnt work here sadly ^^' Even the act of transporting it is illegal and if stopped by police, one would be in great trouble. Also, deactivating firearms has to be done by a certified gunsmith who also awards you the proper license. But that's usually not done for relics.
@@MetalMaxWW2 Sad to hear that. I really want to start ww2 metal detecting too. How do you find the right areas to metal detect? Would be nice to know.
The barrell you found thinking it is from an mp40 it is not. Instead it is the "slide part" including the barrel of an p08 artillery or marine luger !!😮
that is a 6 Reich coin. It is not from 1776. What is intresting is that in 1776 Declaratory Act, (1766), declaration by the British Parliament that accompanied the repeal of the Stamp Act. It stated that the British Parliament's taxing authority was the same in America as in Great Britain. Parliament had directly taxed the colonies for revenue in the Sugar Act (1764) and the Stamp Act (1765)
All I could think of was why is he pulling that out of the holster while it's pointed right at his groin. Yeah, the firing pin is probably rusted to the slide but damn, a 7.65 bullet to the gonads would ruin a good day.
You mentioned that you can not take gun drums with ammunition in them home. Does that mean all these finds in the woods are not in Germany? What country are you digging in?
WHAT THE HELL? The last thing I would ever do is go public with ANY of this and insure that the fucking govt confiscators knew I had this stuff. I WOULD NEVER BE THAT STUPID

The mag with a trigger you found was mosin nagant very common rifle in the red army during ww2

The reason I recognized it so quickly is because my own father had brought one back from his service in World War I and I currently have that same gun in my cabinet. God Bless and stay safe.
Wow, what a story!! Take good care of it and keep it safe :)

Great finds max! Love that silver 1766 coin! That was epic 💪🍀🤘
Nice finds! Looking forward to you going back into that swamp area - WITH mosquito spray lol.
Hahaha yeah! In fact I went back there yesterday- with spray and it was awesome! Video coming soon.
Cheers
@@MetalMaxWW2 May I suggest a mosquito hat? 😋
great finds.the crushed "cigarette box" is looks more like a matchbox cover,we had those a lot in the UK during wartime
True! Definitely more like it.
Thanks for watching
The crushed 'casing' is a matchbox holder - one thin side is open to strike the match on. Saved it from getting crushed in the pocket.
Hey nice to see new videos and man what a good finds u have, 10:58 looks like mosin nagant trigger house, and never heard of the pistol from the end

Mosin for sure.
Yeah me neither, had to ask someone to identify it for me ^^'

Omg that coin is amazing 🤩 imagine how many hands and pockets it’s been in!!! Epic!
Glad to see that you are back Max! Awesome finds as usual. Can't wait for more finds and videos!
Hell yeah, so happy to be back! Got 3 more videos already in the works, its gonna be awesome :)
I feel for you and the damn mosquitos. Those things here in the US southeast will carry you away...
Hi Max what an awesome video with great finds really brilliant video and enjoyable to watch many thanks 👍
08:18 - Looks like a Prussian 1/6 Reichsthaler silver coin, which circulated between 1764-1786. The imbued portrait is supposed to be of Frederick II.
Thanks for the information :)
21:30 he sounded like Arnold Schwarzenegger for a second there 😂 much love 👍
The box like mystery item with the gears and cogs is a small wind up clock. Love your video :)
Oh yeah you're right, just looked it up and the insides sure look like that.
Thanks :)
The tool looks like a fuel drum or fuel tank cap wrench the bigger side is for the filler side and the smaller side is for the breather
Awesome finds Max. Nice to see another video from an awesome channel
Fantastic stuff. I don't envy the mozzies though. Looking forward o the next hunt.
Haha I believe that. They're so relentless for some reason, even with spray i got stung hundreds of times last weekend!
Moskito's photo bombing the camera😂🤣😂🤣😂
The barrel you cal "MP40 Barrel" looks more like a Luger P08 barrel & slide.
Great finds!
Congrats!😁👍

Nice finds again. And a gun. What you gonna do with all dees guns? Lucky man. The coin is also special. Well done
Well, I cant do anything with them sadly. They're just gonna keep sleeping where I dug them up :)

It's probably already been addressed. But I'll say it just incase. At 15:21 you asked what is this? They are clock mechanisms.
When you speak German its kinda Dortmund to Gelsenkirchen ish. Am I right? Great video! Greetings from England
The long skinny one is from a Luger.
I remember that tool being a wrench for what I think is a vehicle. Don’t quote me on this though.
I had to cut a vacation early this year but ironically you're speaking German. I just got back you've got a 12 pack of some amazing Germanbeer sample pack . Pauliner
14:00 looks like a gunpart from a Mosin-Nagant.
That mystery magazine holder is most likely to be a part of a mosin nagant 14:08
14:16 that looks like it's the barrel of a long barreled artillery Luger.
Someone make a compilation of this dude fighting with tree roots
Say Max, you are german right? In wich Bundesland are you that you find that much stuff? Id love to find me some cool ww2 stuff like helmets and such as well.
I'm wondering if that wasn't used to work on tank treads. If somebody else answered this already, I didn't read the comments.
At 21 minutes. The small pistol. Is that an FP liberator? Which were dropped by the Americans into occupied territory. To be used by resistance fighters?
Time stamp at about 3 min looks like a possible wrench
hey i had an idea of what the mystery gun riflewas it could have been the mosin ussr rifle because it had a internal magazine
14.20 das der Lauf von ner Luger !
also sollte Artillerie oder Marine sein
Jo haben mir jetzt schon einige gesagt, definitiv! Krasse Sache

At 10min its aTrigger guard for a mosin nagant.
Was that a Luger barrel?
Seems like it!
mosin nagant trigger
The ammo box is a mosin nagat ammo box
I found a M3 grease... on the eastern front?

Hahaha that bottlecap
Damn thing really wanted to demonstrate something xD
What detector are you guys using.?
The Makro Multi Kruzer
The trigger mechanism is from an russian mosin nagant, no idea how it got there
