I hope this will not just be about display of class, luxury, and affluence. I'm expecting an exclusive remake of 1994 Glamour Girls, cos if not, e go too pain me.
Nollywood has really been watered down. I will only give credit to the quality of the cinematography of these movies. but as a loyal Nollywood fan, i am disappointed as to how many movies are losing the essence of a genuine storyline, the focus is more on "Flashyness" "Hype" and being extremely westernized. There is nothing wrong in showing the the rich parts but an example is Chief daddy part 2, that movie had no plot, no depth even comedy they failed and they just squized all the A-listers and shot in Dubai and London and called it a day. Just a bloody waste of the movie budget. Same with "Fine Wine", "2 weeks in Lagos" and other movies that only focusses on the Flashy side
Thank you. I love Nigerian movies and I typically watch the older ones. It wasn’t all about aesthetics. The characters felt real and the acting was too notch. Chief Daddy and Bling Lagosians were terrible. The other ones you mentioned are bad but could be salvaged. It’s old movies for me and a few good new ones.
@NinaWestlake blood sisters was a good movie to watch for me . It had a good storyline and plot in my opinion. I’m definitely going to watch glamour girls
To be honest I really njoy this movie it was spectacular 🙌 really needed a part 2 excellent actors an actress 👏 love Sharon ❤. ❤ I didn't even wanted it to end ❤ 😀 ooooooo .......
Sharon is a one note actress. I wonder why she is always in Netflix movies. First Blood Sisters, then this? Who asked you people for it? I really wish you guys would come up with your names and leave our classics alone. You can NEVER touch them!
If Its not a comeback, they should give it other names.....come dey spoil old memories of d original Glamour.....even d new blood sisters..dem for give am other name
I love Africa and African movies. But where is the originality? The reason I fell in love with African movies is because it is something different to watch and not like the Western culture. Africa is beautiful and don't need to be like everyone else.
I will watch this because of Nse. Her acting skills are beyond magical.
Am telling you!! She's so good

The best remake so far has been Living in Bondage…
@@ememobongnkana God bless you!!
My thoughts exactly
You said it best! As much as it would be exciting to see good production, this fear lingers at the back of my mind.

Sharon ooja is just playing herself in this movie. She does runs just like all the Lagos babes, these women can't survive without man sponsoring them
Nawa how do you know this? Why talking down on ur fellow woman?
@@theblessingtiene9075 Just because she’s a woman doesn’t mean I have to support dishonesty
