    Thanks for the video. Excuse my ignorance with this question but would a clogged fuel filter cause loss of power in acceleration, and is this fuel filter replaced as standard during a major service? I’ve recently had an engine fault related to low DPF fluid and had the bag replaced. The fault code remained despite the mechanic clearing it and since then I’ve had that stated loss of power. Car is due a service, but wanted your thoughts given your obvious expertise. Thanks in advance. Loved your video.

      @PiggyPower  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Major service would include it. A fuel filter would have to not have been changed almost since new to be clogged enough to cause fuel pressure issues, which would log a fault. The dpf issue is likely causing problems maybe even low power. Fix the current faults. 🐖👍

      Yeah this can be annoying. Couple tricks; 1) fill the fuel filter housing with diesel before installing (quite messy) 2) use a vacuum hand pump to prime the fuel filter once installed (£15-20 on eBay)

    • @PiggyPower

      Water sinks to the bottom, you drain it out if the housing has a drain screw. However, I'd simply change the fuel filter at every oil change.
