The nozzles included with our #123 (2mm) and #126 (2.5mm) are appropriately sized for our gel coats. Additionally, there are operating instructions for both of those guns located on the datasheets for those products on our website.
Unfortunately we no longer carry the 1/4 pint spray gun. The next closest spray gun that we carry is our 0.6 liter Touch-Up Spray Gun #126-A. It however can be used to spray gel coat with our glitterflake. Forgive me if this is a dumb question... But how do you avoid the gel from harndening in the gun and turning the gun to junk.?

A high dollar spraygun is not needed for gelcoat. It doesn’t “lay flat” anyways.
