Words cannot describe how epic this is! I get all the clone wars references like the sliding beds, training room, and even the med bay sign on the floor! Also, thanks for your service!
Vand Lego Productions nothing of this is clone wars references, its normal military look, the medical insignia is in all hospitals, training room is in every military Camp ever, and sliding beds has been used in Star wars long before clone wars
Emperor TPX dude, he mentioned the training room which is in the episode "clone cadets". The medical sign is the unique Star Wars one, which looks differently than the normal Red Cross, and he even mentioned that the sliding beds are from the clone wars. I saw them in the episode "clone cadets" as well. Did you even watch the whole video?
First off, thanks for Beyond the Brick for the interview, really appreciated it. Second thanks for the comments and constructive critism. It does present an egg shape appearance, but does appear more rounder based on the angle you look at it. A more rounded shape perhaps could have been developed, but based on the levels and bricks used this was the outcome. No instructions were used, just free hand. OverallI I am quite happy with it.....obviously....yeah...I got it.. my bad.
The detailing is amazing. The troop quarters beds reminded me of capsule hotels. I liked how you not only managed to fit in lots of details that the Lego sets did not do, but also have big empty spaces which is accurate to the way the Death Star is supposed to look. Not sure why some are complaining about the shape. Excellent job.
Thank you for your service. And for the amount of time you put into this kick ass build. If the massive attention to detail demonstrated here in this build is any indicator of how you perform when deployed, then I can draw some comfort knowing folks like you are out there serving. Takes a lot of focus and planning and commitment to make something on this scale and have it look so great, and have so many excellent features.
AsianAssassin 61 The Death Star was an inside job! The emperor did the Death Star attacks to justify going the unknown regions! The empire needed kyber crystals from the unknown regions.
This build is outstanding. It is really better than the original LEGO Death Star because it has more mini figures, space, and creative design I love it and this guy should be proud of his work. Thank you beyond the bricks
I've always wanted to make a Death Star like that, and someone's given me a great example. Also I will make a hangar to fit the either of the millennium falcon playsets.
Great build, nice technique used to first build the rough size with the technic bricks and then freehand all those details, chamber, the number of guns on all the different levels & all of the important scenes are represented! Amazing and stunning build, I'd like to build one exactly like that too!!
I think this is utterly fantastic and a great credit to the builder. I know that I could never build anything as good as this, and that's probably a good thing... because if I did, I just know I'd accidentally roll it over, or the cat would knock it off the table just for fun. Either way I'd weep, and never remember how to put it back together again!
I have a messed up mind. So you can bet that every time I watch one of these videos, I imagine myself taking a bat to it and watching the creator break down in rage and tears. I also went to Golden Corral today.
Where do you buy Legos to build your own death star and how do you know what pieces you need? Sorry I'm just getting into lego builds and Do not know much
Was there a throne room on the death star? I think there was, cause if so, it's the only important room left. The fact that the model is so good and detailed is the only reason I noticed it missing.
The fact that it doesn't collapse under its own weight is a testament to the strength of Lego bricks.
Caesar0031 that’s why it hurts your feet when you step on it. Those things are like diamond shards 😂
That fact that a LEGO brick can make my foot bleed shows how strong they are too.
Laughs in Minecraft
more like that guy's ingenuity.
floatingsharko7 *laughs in tnt*
somewhere out there, somebody is working on a full scale death star...
Nabre Labre Someone out there is probably working in a starkiller base.
Damn.
I would if I could, gonna need a big jackpot. It might end up bigger than a house, I'd have to buy a hangar and sell tickets to come see it
Nabre Labre Lol.
A accurately scaled Death Star would be the size of Texas
Someone needs to give that man a very firm handshake.
Jose Taylor
Lego needs to get his instruction book
The Uncommon n00b yeah, because he definitely remembers how to build it piece by piece...
Amazing build, but REALLY surprised that he didn't include a throne room.
Simon Clements throne room was in death star 2, not death star 1.
handletag there WAS a throne room in death Star 1
Lasse-RenegadeTPx but it wasn't shown so that'd be difficult to implement, and it's not needed. . . . . . .. . . .
Red Ripple TFU
The moment he realized he fucked up
obviously a turbo shaft
lol, I mean, obviously.
Alex Becerra hahahah omg I don’t know why but this comment made me laugh for a whole 2 minutes
Do you think he knows what a turbo shaft is?
The white stripes at the walls of the deathstar are so well done !
Sergeant Paul Simple, yet effective!
Sergeant Paul the stripes on the walls look like stickers from the regular Death Star set
Ted Cohen They don't look like stickers, but brick built.
@@tedcohen9805 No they are brick built. Look before you comment.
David Nord Heidelberg shouldn’t it be a complement to the builder that I got it wrong. No need to be a prick

I meant the training room is based on the one from that episode
Emperor TPX references are another word for lookalikes, cause he took em from it whatever peace

Jacob Carpenter I know it's probably not gonnna happen but when you lower the Middle it will become more "ballish"
The detailing is amazing. The troop quarters beds reminded me of capsule hotels. Jacob Carpenter just angle the edges of the plates closest to the middle out a little, simple and easy fix
Jacob Carpenter, I LOVE THE BUILD!! You are very talented.
This is the Largest, and MOST SOPHISTICATED and OUTSTANDING LEGO Model of the Death Star I could ever see in my lifetime. It's a miracle! Well done!!
Damn, what a luxus hotel
Galileel luxurious
Galileel magst du auch Lego?
yeah and the rebels blew it up like it was nothig
Hey soos, witzig dich hier zu treffen!
AsianAssassin 61 The Death Star was an inside job! The emperor did the Death Star attacks to justify going the unknown regions! The empire needed kyber crystals from the unknown regions.
U could make a drinking game every time he says the word “turbo shaft” you drink 😂
obviously
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Ryan Madden or obviously
You mean obviously
Death by alcohol poisoning
What's your favorite room?
Beyond the Brick the Stormtrooper barracks!
Beyond the Brick medical room
Me, my favorite piece is the room of Darth Vader
The speeder bike room, cause you need them in the death star P
Medical room
This build is outstanding. It is really better than the original LEGO Death Star because it has more mini figures, space, and creative design I love it and this guy should be proud of his work. Thank you beyond the bricks
I wish I didn’t know your language
Like it’s cool really cool but not better so be quiet
Wow! This the Alive Star. So much life going on in each level. Great explanation of each level/room.
I wish he could release some instructions for this moc
He mentioned he built a star destroyer, can you post a link to that?
Absolutely incredible. Oh and thank you for your service!
Carter Hogan agree
o_O omg. I wish I had the bricks to make something like this, I have the patience just not anywhere near enough lego.
There is a thing called Lego Digital Designer. It's free an you have infinite LEGO c:
Green bot Studios it sure isn't for everyone, but it's great if you're on a budget or just run out of storage for thousands of tiny plastics.
It's better than the set!
It always is.
Der Mathze yep
Robbie BloX of course this custom creation that took years to make is better than a set
Otter Lego Mocs I know I'm complimenting him on The interior because it's more rooms of different stuff than what the set offers
Robbie BloX yeah, but if you would buy his deathstar you would probably pay like 20k
Your channel is fantastic. Thanks for sharing this!
+ChewyBricks Thanks for watching!
incredible! I had an idea to make huge death star from two sets, but this MOC is not that what i even imagined. Fantastic!
Best ever!!! Thanks for your service and for sharing your beyond amazing creation...I really really want to see your take on Bespin...next!?
I would gladly pay all the moneys in the world for this
Well, send him an offer.
Maybe he sell it...
I like all of the Clone Wars references. It’s a great show.
This build was awesome
I adore this Huge Lego collection.
the officers chow hall? brilliant!
Imagine finding a mistake and having to redo an entire section
Actually....Obviously....
That being said, this build is amazing!
I wonder how big and how much a mini figure scale Death Star would be
By far the most amazing lego structure I have ever seen in my life 👍👍😀 good job 👏
Yeah I guess 😊
Glad the title specified which universe the Death Star was from
This black star is so huge, it is beautiful the pieces are very well detailed it is impressive
Lego Dark Steff Black star?
Yes or rather the star of death
Lego Dark Steff NO ITS STAR DEATH THE Get the name right.
Ok ok I'm sorry I got confused :p
@@mrvecronic4151 I think you'll find its cosmic body of demise GET IT RIGHT
I've always wanted to make a Death Star like that, and someone's given me a great example. Also I will make a hangar to fit the either of the millennium falcon playsets.
Zlatan Fan That won't happen. XD.
I thank God when ever LEGO makes sets like these...... This is how LEGO should be on the market.
This is incredible. What a project! Really amazing work fella
This is what I expected when they re-released the death star set
Them using BIONICLE parts in two areas warms my heart
I saw this in person, and BOY IS IT BOSS!!!! :D
EthanNetwork I think I saw it too still trying to figure out where this was?????
"And this is the latrine, Where they... And this is the-"
Awesome build, and thank you for your service !
As soon as I heard the dude's voice and how he described his work I felt that this dude had some military background.
This is the best Death Star remake I ever seen in my entire life
That Death Star is so detailed
Hat's off to you sir! This is beyond awesome!! Thank you for your service!!!
Amazing moc, hope to see it at Celebration in Orlando
Good job dude. Very skilled man
Awesome build. Also, thank you for your military service too. My dad was from Clarksville, TN. Take care.
Arguably the best Lego Star Wars set ever. Lego should release this as the Ultimate of the Ultimate Collector Series sets.
I love all the interior detailing here. Very inspiring.
I really like that Death Star because I am a big fan of Star Wars and it is so awesome and so cool for a classic space station from the films
This is amazing. I wish I could build something like this.

Thats no moon
Its an egg
The stormtrooper bedrooms are so cool
He did a great job on it

This is incredible.
This dude has to be a vet i can tell by the terms he used
I saw something very similar in Knoxville yesterday. It had the same rooms, but it had a lazer, and the figs were in different places
It is the same one, but added more details and finished off some of the rooms.
My fav room is the stormtroopers sleeping quarters and the guy kept saying obviously
Very well done, massive effort!
Who ever did that is a master
Awesome Death Star. Love that detail, but where is Palpatine's throne room?
This is the FIRST Death Star
@@ArkOnTH-cam in the first death star there is throne room too, but doesn't appear in the movie.
It’s INCREDIBLE!! I want one!!!
Love This Video 🤘🔥❤
The oval shape can become more of a ball by doing two things. Removing one floor and expanding the overall circumference of the floors overall
Awesome build. My favorite section was the medical bay.
Wow amazing Death Star its so well done I could do a remake of this in a ROBLOX star wars game so you could walk inside
it's a death egg
Memories, I remember swinging across with my sister
Dude that’s looks way better then the official Death Star set
Awesome moc.. Looking forward to seeing it at celebration!!
This should be an official set
Last time I was this early I got the top seat on opening day in force awakens
Well I got a completely empty cinema for Rogue One... Is that good or bad?
Der Mathze good, no people talking
Der Mathze same it was me, my dad, my brother and like ten other people
last time i was this early my girlfriend left me :(
Wow LOL!
WOAH I built a custom death star about 1/3 the size of this, but this thing is HUGE.
I opened the video and immediately skipped to a random point just to hear "turboshat" at 2:21.
This is gonna be a great video
Young fool he forgot my room!
hahaha true my lord
Kold blue there's one in the first one too, you just never see it
It's on the second DS mate... Also, i would assume that you were mostly on Coruscant during ANH doing government stuff.
+Anakin Skywalker I see you everywhere
Jared SII Yeah. I have my interests...
Amazing design and great detail 👍👍
Thank you for serving your country, and your Emperor!
Where is the chamber of the chancellor?
*When a fanmade build wipes the floor with the official UCS set*
Very creative and well thought out design.
How long did it take you to build this? What inspired you?
Just asking… Did you use the 10143 set as a base to build it all ?
Respect from Amsterdam Netherlands.
the little speeder bikes are cool
I wish I was a kid again , I miss my Lego’s
Where do you buy Legos to build your own death star and how do you know what pieces you need? Sorry I'm just getting into lego builds and Do not know much
So sick! Nice Job
Am I the only one who thinks that all the little sets that involve Death Star scenes could be combined to make the actual death star
Very huge and amazing! I love it and if I got it I would display it and never play!
Amazing! Imagine, though, what a minifig scale one would be!
I really like this, how did you split this down to transport it inside the expo without it getting destroyed?
Each level separates making it modular. This in turn prevents it from being destroyed during transit.
Every time he says “obviously,” take a shot
Outstanding build and level of detail How long did it take to build and how much did it cost
Was there a throne room on the death star? I think there was, cause if so, it's the only important room left.
The fact that the model is so good and detailed is the only reason I noticed it missing.
peace of art
