I have planned to retire at the age of 45 in Ghana coz I am putting measures in place by investing.
There is no life in abroad, people here love money and even animals than humans.

My dear brother, I always like your honesty! You mentioned that you dislike reading due to the fact that, we were not encouraged from childhood to do so. I totally agree with you, however you also nailed it by saying reading enhances your mindset but May l humbly advise that you have to start from somewhere. Say to yourself, I am interested in knowing what is in the book, especially the author, so even if it is 30 minutes per day that you will set aside apart from your busy schedule, believe me you will attain greater heights. What this man is talking is correct...when you invest your money in your business is better than building. because i asked for an estimate for a build i want to build. and i was blown away, because i needed 10k USD to imports some products. same time if I start the building, i will not get that money continouesly.... societal pressure, those u see building in a short time know where they got their monies.

There are a lot of opportunities abroad , you just have to be wise, plan well and have a mind to invest which you can rely on when you cant work any longer. Some found their feet in Ghana, others abroad so life is how you make it.

It's good to build, but the timing should be right. As a business person, your working capital should not be significantly impacted by the building cost. Its always good to focus on turning over your little funds rather than committing it into properties that may not yield returns. Onless the building is a commercial property, even that you need to ensure the money is enough to complete it in the short to medium term so you can make some income from it ASAP.
That is right. You got to be there to manage your business.
