I found some controversial information about payments in NL. How you pay around? Can I pay with visa credit card or should I get cash for touristy stuff?

@@mikhaildavidenko3841 You usually have a local bank account with Maestro/Visa Debit type of card that is accepted everywhere.
It was an issue before to pay from regular Visa/Mastercard especially with credit cards (Dutch people don't use credit cards at all) but it's changed because it was a pain for the tourists indeed.
I mostly pay from my regular Mastercard from Revolut, and it accepted almost everywhere.
I think Maestro debit cards even will be taken out from circulation soon.
Cash almost doesn't exist here, you'll have an issue finding places that still accept cash.

Reasons for selling are not rarely bad. Most of the people either moving away from the city, or got kids, or just got more money.

Congrats on your new house! I studied in Zwolle for 4 years and lived in Assendorp neighbourhood. I love Zwolle. Still visit the city a lot. It's only 40 km drive from my house and my daughter now studies in Zwolle and yes... lives in Assendorp. I bought a new house 2 years ago and I had also startup problems with the roof and some kitchen appliences. Hate it when they dont tell you the truth, but it is what it is... Fix it and move on. All the best in Zwolle! It's way more relaxed than the big cities in the Randstad and the Veluwe is just around the corner.

Так, ютуб грохнул мой предыдущий каммент, попытаюсь воспроизвести. Попробуй узнать на форуме "рассвет", как можно наказать предыдущего хозяина. Там народ пасётся с огромным багажем опыта в таких вопросах. Ну и там же можешь поинтересоваться какими страховками стоит обзавестись (юридическая - эт уже первое, что, наверное, хотелось бы иметь, как я понимаю). Кстати, иногда хватает одного письма от юриста, чтобы противоположная сторона резко захотела урегулировать вопрос.
Спасибо за советы, в целом уже разобрались. Скоро расскажу в новом видео подробнее.

Why staying overnight in the new house in such conditions instead of old one?
Zwolle is quite far from The Hague, so I wouldn't have managed to come in time for movers.
Plus, it's quite an expensive trip so why go back both of us if it can only just one go.
Btw, why Zwolle?
Hey, we were traveling around the country checking different cities and we kinda liked Zwolle the most (among cities with affordable housing). За 380 купили. Сразу хочу сказать это очень большая редкость, обычно нужно поставить выше цены.
@@dpashutskii Блин, круто. Поздравляю! Место шикарное. То, что скинул, эт, наверное, от того, что не Рандстад. Оттого и вопрос. Было бы внутри "золотого ромба", то спрашивал бы насколько выше от стартовой цены :)

Спасибо. Да хотя в Зволле тоже овербидинга хватает, просто повезло немного + задний двор очень маленький по голанским меркам, не много желающих было.
Мой друг на днях купил дом между Роттердамом и Гаагой, поставил примерно 5% от цены, в дополнение к тому что дом был в два раза дороже чем наш.
Продавец кстати моряк вроде, откуда такая инфа? ;D Точнее у него вроде бизнес связанный с морем.
@@dpashutskii Да на фунде на одной из фото дома, да и в предыдущем видео с обзором предложенных вариантов домов на стене сарая было название, которое при гуглении на 100% совпадало с уникальным именем корабля.
Ну, батенька, ежели знакомый купил в Делфте, то там, как бы, королей хоронят. Хотя, хз, стоит ли платить в два раза дороже за такое соседство... Можно слегка дешевле (или дороже, зависит от района) прикупить в Зутемире: там и каток круглогодичный (народ даже из Амстера летом гоняет туда катать), сноуволд (горнолыжка, 5-я по длинне искусственная горка в мире), гольфклуб, прямой трамвай в Гаагу (№3 и 4), автобусы в Ляйден и Роттердам, железка проходит через город, большое озеро, гроне харт прям за городом, куда ДВС запрещено, и ещё много-много чего.

It is called "verborgen gebreken"(hidden defects) and are the responsibility of the previous owner by law. Get some legal advice, shouldn't be a problem.
Yeah, the issue is that quite hard to prove "verborgen gebreken" in our case and hiring legals may not worth it financially.
Unfortunately, we didn't get an insurance for legal services.

It doesn't matter when you complete your payment. Most of the houses sold much earlier than you finish your payment anyway.
