Learn how to paint a Macaw Parrot using watercolor with Sarah Cray! Maybe you should try a white umbrella cockatoo. That would be so interesting to paint something white in watercolor :)

@@mikesackmary No, not yet. 😊 I tend to not do as well with gouache. I really am interested in how Sarah would handle colours in something that is entirely black, but in watercolour. Like with the Panda.

So pretty! I'm still trying to get fur and feathers down, but it's always a joy to keep trying. I have a question. When we're taping off to hold/stretch the paper and not to block off for clean lines (when there is a background), do we need to tape edge to edge on all 4 sides or is it ok if we just tape enough to secure it?
If you are not blocking off your background you can of course just tack it down to secure it. Do what feels most comfortable to you.

Hi Sravani! That is a great question. There is not a plan for a Red Macaw at this time. You could totally change the colors on this Macaw to make a red one though!
