    This episode is a LIVE recording of a conversation I had with Tony Riddle who was eight days into an epic journey. He was running the length of Great Britain, completely barefoot, covering 30 miles a day for 30 days. His aim? To show what human beings are biologically capable of, as well as to raise environmental awareness and funds. Even though the conversation was recorded back in 2019, it has as much relevance today as it did back then.

    Sometimes you just have to make a commitment to keep showing up with the intention of putting one foot in front of the other...even if they're not consecutive steps. And keep breathing.

    What about all the batteries for thoae electric cars...when they go bad???
    Same as the wind structure....they don't last long and are not good for the environment both are toxic😥

    I know Americans have been dumbed down to the point that we all want to be successful like the rich and famous but I'm immediately turned off when a wellness coach feels he needs to cite how many rich and famous people he's worked with. I'd be satisfied with maybe some numbers of people he's helped, ranging from, for example, ditch diggers to CEO's. 1 minute and I'm outta here. I don't need to spend an hour+ learning how to "take a deep breath" whenever I feel stress. My grandmother taught me that and I'm 67, lol. Most of modern stress is self-inflicted and I only popped in here because I luv Rangan.
