A young progressive farmer is growing natural vegetables, fruits, grain, pulses and spices. He sales it directly to consumers. He skipped mediators and selling to consumer from his own shop. Direct marketing of agriculture produce is making agriculture profitable business for young farmer. Farmer's son should come forward to market agriculture product directly to customers. Urban farmer also can opt this as urban farming model.
युवा किसान ने आर्गेनिक खेती का ऐसा माडल बनाया है जिससे एक एकड़ में 10 से 12 लाख की कमाई होगी। अभी ये युवा किसान 6 से 7 लाख रू0 कमा रहा है। ये किसान अपने उपभोक्ताओ को सीधे सब्जियां बेचते हैं इसलिए किसानों को आर्गेनिक जहर मुक्त उत्पाद उगाने चाहिए और उन्हे सीधे उपभोक्ताओं तक बेचना चाहिए जिससे किसानों को अच्छे रेट मिलेगें और उपभोक्ताओं को जहर मुक्त षुद्व उत्पाद मिलेगें।

मेरा एक सुझाव यह भी है कि क्यों ना आप एक ऐसा ट्रेनिंग सेंटर खोल दें जहां देशभर के लोग चाहे युवा हो या बुजुर्ग वह आकर दो-तीन दिन की ट्रेनिंग ले सकें और नजदीक के ही किसी प्राकृतिक खेती करने वाले किसान के खेत में प्रैक्टिकल भी हो सके.

Mr shubham, very good experiment and congratulations for your success. Can you prepare the map of 1 acre showing the bed spacing, bed height, bed width, drip lines arrangements, crop spacing which you have followed. Even if you can put a Google map picture it will be helpful. Are you using mulching paper. If no - why?. What are the various farm equipment needed to maintain this 1 acre. Thanks.

Sir you are doing good job but I have some doubts please clarify..
1. RS 2000 Per day is sale and not profit . So what is the profit? Organic cultivation has less production and more labour oriented as Shubam said they pick single leaf.
2. For Rs 2000 sale per acre he has to sell 160 vegetable packs per day not 20, so is it possible ?
3. A normal vegetable seller in market (having no land, labour...) is also selling Rs 2000 vegetables per day.
4. As you say fruits are not included and after fruits it will be Rs 3300 per day...then..fruits are not available all year round...but i include the pulses and others in place of fruit .
5. It is possible for subham ti sell because his farm is near city. But what about for a villager..he will not find the market.
6.Price of organic vegetables can not be kept high otherwise people will buy vegetables from other seller (non organic) because people have to manage their budget.
.
Any one intrested please do full research and do not get attracted to high income...truth is something different.
