    Well, the effort to help would be much better if the creator of this video took care of English grammar use, for "How is 3 pm" ? is absolutely wrong! It is not even correct if such a sentence were stated in informal language.
    Additionally, call receptionists, especially medical ones, are suposed to speak in an educated language: well constructed, clear to be heard and unambigious.
