D7 in what subject? If we agree that students who get D7 in core subjects should be admitted into tertiary, then we should stop writing WASSCE at high school. After your 3 years of studies, you're given a certificate to guarantee for you to write tertiary institution entrance exams.

I think that they should restore the old SSCE grading system.
From letter A to lette E and F.
The WASSCE system is actually a weird or Queer method of analysis of the Science subjects out there in the 2010s,
