So informative! Thank you for proper editing and voice speed. For not wasting viewer time for smalltalk. Very nice!
A lot of information in just 15 minutes, I could clear my end exams on this course with this!! very helpful, Thanks :)
4:02 Distributed system is dynamic
4:22 Nearly all existing large distributed systems are overlay networks -- a virtual network built upon an underlying network infrastructure 8:49
5:25 Cloud computing is a modern example of distributed computing
5:40 node (Open Group & Close Group)
6:20 resource
6:43 distribution transparency
7:06 middleware
7:37 concurrency --execute in parallel -- it's an intrinsic property of distributed system
8:13 Coordination & Synchronization --no shared clock between processes -- data corruption and inconsistency
Coordination: smooth collaboration between operations and events
Synchronization: order events, control access to resources
8:40 architectural model
9:07 global state
Thanks for your superb work! This presentation is an excellent, compact overview of distributed computing, helped me a lot.
This is a well taught, structured and very informative tutorial on Distributed Systems and Distributed Computing
This was super helpful, thank you so much!!
Well condensed content piece, provided by the distributed system for the distributed system.
great content fella...the internet has so much dis-information out there that is not pertinent to what is really needed for comprehension and retention. Thanks!
just one word: awesome
Its like reading my book in fast forward! Thanks so much for this, i can now sleep easy at night.
great presentation, i didn't take a distributed systems course in uni but was interested anyways and i found this useful, thank you!
So much good information here! I was taking notes of the entire video and it took me about 2 hours to get every detail of the video. Thanks
lol same
Good job, very informative and brief.
Very Informative and to the point
Thank you so much for this powerful video.
Thank you for this brief but info-reach video.
Very good video. Thank you.
thank you so much,it helpedme a lot
Wow, that was a brainful! Nice. I'll have to watch it again.
very nice, thank you!
Thanks. Good content-right in the moment I need it.
Fantastic video & explanation! Very focused and to the point. No fluff or filler content present at all.
This can actually be a model for how technical content should be produced and presented.
Note to the creator/author => Congratulations on a making a superb video and thank you so much for making such high-quality content available for free!
I appreciate your kind words. 🙏 I am so happy the content was very helpful for you!
Great video, surprisingly there arent many videos explaining what distributed systems are
Thank you so much dear best
Loved this thank - you for straightforward and no-mess-no-fess tutorial. Thanks much.
Beautiful, thank you.
Thanks!
Thank you Sir!!
thank u so much sir
Example for an object-based model?
Thanks for the video:)
Where can I learn more about distributed systems?
I wish you were my lecturer, goddamn it!
Thanks bro
Node JS......finally got it
Nice
But what they mean when they ask us in a job description if we have Experience/Knowledge with distributed systems? can you give me examples? Is building a web application, using Heroku and google storage considered as knowledge in this or not?
Thank you!
whats the diffrence between distributed and centralized systems
sory guys can someone tell me difference types of programming language for distributed systems plz, for anyone who who is online by now i need an answer
One question sir, I did not get the difference between distributed computing and distributed systems, I heard in the video that distributed computing is a bigger concept but it remains the doubt of what actually is the difference, great job with the video thanks!!!
In very simple terms, distributed system is a noun, distributed computing is a verb. Distributed systems do distributed computing. So they go hand-in-hand.
Why choose this topic distributed computing? please give me answer this question reply please
this was amazing, sir please can you share these pptx slides with me. thanks
no response from creator. so sad
Sir please share these slides with me
@@mujahidislamkhan782 no response so sad :(
Can you explain elements of distributed computing
This is a vague question? What do you mean by elements?
GOLD
superb , but what are microservices and Service oriented Architectures ,plz someone reply
Hi sandeep, you can check my videos about them. Essentially they are software architectural patterns; different ways of building software systems.
I hope this saves my exam on monday
how was it?
Infra and platform as a service isn't necessarily distributed computing
Too fast but awesome.
Thanks!
I would recommend to listen this video at 0.75 speed.
The summary was very helpful. The oral edits are so fast that it's easy to not understand what you're saying.
Glad to know it helped! 😀 Thank you for your feedback. I will take that into consideration!
that's a lot and I'm new to this and it's so confusing a little
So in theory, could I combine my laptop and my pc to make one beefy machine to play games and such?
If there was no lag on the network then yes but you cant do gaming this way because theres too much latency between the laptop and pc to work as one machine for gaming, it's only useful for rendering long videos and animations where you dont need 60fps
@@asmithdev2162 Ah alright. Cheers man 👍
كانك مغربي؟ على كل حال... شرج جيد ومفيد.
TH-cam translation does a great job on this one lol
Great information but delivery is too fast.
Hyperautomation!
Sppu waloo 😂😂😂😂
Simply excellent
