As for the rates, 7k yung samin 5d4n, Cebu City, Bohol Countryside, Moalboal, and Oslob tour po yun with accommodation.

We've only stayed in 2 hotels during our 5-day trip in Cebu.
1. Dragon Home Inn - Cebu City
Accommodating staff. Clean bed sheets, blankets and towels. Provided ang bath essentials (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and bath soap). May closet pero yung unang room namin, isa lang yung hanger pero yung sa pangalawa, apat ata but i guess pwede naman mag-request. Same with the slippers, isang pair lang. May heater yung shower pero medyo parang luma na but still working. Okay din ang pressure ng water. May TV pero hindi maayos ang cable nung sa una namin room, pero sa pangalawa, okay naman. May Wifi pero hindi ganon kabilis. Medyo malayo sa mga kainan, kailangan mag-taxi.
3. Gravino Pension House - Oslob, Cebu
Dumating kami here nasakto sa brownout. Not sure if ganon talaga sa Oslob. Pero pagkabalik namin from the activities, may kuryente naman na. Sobrang spacious ng for 8 pax na room nila, maraming pwede paglagyan ng gamit. Medyo masikip kasi yung for 4 pax. Clean bed sheets, blankets, and towels. Though medyo manipis towel nila. Wala lang closet or kahit hangers. Provided ang bath essentials (shampoo and bath soap lang, walang toothbrush and toothpaste). May heater din yung shower. Super accommodating ng staff nila. May malapit na kainan though not sure sa operating hours nila.
I would recommend both hotels/inn naman especially kapag ang hanap mo lang is matutulugan. Kasi most of the time nasa labas to visit tourist attractions and do lots of activities.
