@@ryanwoodard5590 man I can’t say enough about ammonia refrigeration. I actually just went back to it. I am now at a company that does both industrial and commercial so it just gets even better. I have met a lot of people who pick ammonia over freons. Mostly due to how easy it is to find leaks, and redundancy in the systems.

Great video Rook ! Smart move on changing the epr. I see stuff like that all the time. Ohms out good etc. But you know it’s bad. Like thermistors. They ohm ok. But get wonky. This is where your experience comes into play. U seen it before & know how it goes. Wet / sweaty locations thermistors start leaking / not sealed very good. They get squirrelly l. If u can , try to install thermistors with wires below the sensor so moisture runs downward instead of into sensor. Smart move running the wire all the way & not joining wires when possible. Keeps moisture intrusion out of wire maintaining proper ohms.
    Good vid !

we had a store that used a R22 low temp rack.the compressors had thermisters in the cylinder heads and used copeland demand cooling controls along with solenoid valves to inject liquid in small amounts into head of compressors to keep the valves over heating due to high compression ratios.is this similar to this sporlan set up.?looks like the paint was peeling off that scroll .we refer to this as desuperheating.
